Welcome to our bright, cozy, romantic mountain home located at the Fasching Haus on Galena Street. This up-scale property is situatated in one of the most desirable locations in town, at the base of Ajax mountain. Our home has just completed an extensive remodel and has two tastefully decorated master bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and matching travertine bathrooms. The living room with large stone fireplace, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other. Our home is onveniently located on the first floor with no stairs or elevators to contend with. Beautiful heated outdoor pool and spa. DSL Internet service is provided.
A short walk takes you to the center of town to enjoy Aspen's famed shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. We are right next to the luxurious St. Regis Hotel, which has a state-of-the-art spa to pamper yourself in!
For the ski enthusiasts, a ski trail located across the street takes you to the Silver Queen Gondola, or Chairlift 1A is easily accessed one block in the opposite direction. One half block down the street takes you to the bus terminal for free transportation to the surrounding ski areas of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass.
Summertime provides a multitude of activities, including the Wine and Food Festival, Aspen Music Festival, and all the outdoor activities that one can imagine.
