Secluded Post and Beam house, furnished with antiques, and surrounded by nature, mountain views, perennial gardens, stone walls, and a bubbling creek. Magnificent in the fall as the property is surrounded by trees that turn red and gold in the fall.
Particularly, safe and comfortable for young children, lots of toys, bikes, and games and for seniors, as there is a bath on each floor a very modest set of steps to the upstairs. And finally, a very special honeymoon or anniversary retreat! The master bedroom has wonderful views of the mountains and a skylight over the bed for stargazing at night. Dogs are most welcome but cats are not permitted (allergies!).
Nearby attractions include the Jiminy Peak Water Park (5 minutes), the Williamstown Theater Festival (15 minutes), Tanglewood (25 minutes, Glimmerglass Opera (2 hours, great for matinees!, Mass Moca (25minutes).
