  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people at Aunt Bugs are very friendly and nice. However , there were bugs and rat droppings in the cabin. I know it is in the mountains and there will be critters , but each cabin should be checked before someone is comming in to make sure the bugs and droppings are not there. Also , the outside of the cabin needs to be pressure washed and stained. I know that this process is up to the owner of the cabin. It would make a better impression if they would have this may be that they are planning on this , it is early in the season. All and all we enjoyed our stay. We always love the area , but sorry to say that next time we will go with another rental company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Just the right distance from all attractions. The kids loved it everything's just wonderful nice and peaceful. Definitely would want to stay there again

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had bees flying every where and on the floor. One landed on me. I call the office and the told me to go get bee spray that they did not have any. The office people was rude and not very helpful. I have stay in other cabin from other company in Piegon Forge TN and they were clean, great to help. I will not remanded this Aunt Bug's. I told them that I was allergic to them. So I left and when got a room at Music Road Hotel.

The property location was absolutely perfect and the property was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.
