Oceanwalk is a gated community with secured garage parking and two beautiful clubhouses each with heated pools, heated spas, social areas, kitchens, restrooms, gas grills, fitness rooms, and free wifi access. Oceanwalk amenities include tennis courts, a fire pit, basketball, shuffleboard and bocce courts, kayak dock, a boardwalk that winds through a nature preserve, and a theatre room with leather recliners in front of a projection screen for a private movie and popcorn night.

I've rented condos on New Smyrna Beach for many years, some more expensive and some less, and this one stands out far above the rest. It's decorated and furnished very tastefully and has a fully supplied kitchen. Everything is spotless. I was impressed by the whole Ocean Walk complex. It's very clean and peaceful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. I am looking forward to returning here next fall.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

To reserve the dates, a $400 deposit is needed and will be applied to your rental costs. Then thirty days before you arrive, the balance of your total for your stay is due. There is a $400 refundable security deposit which will be returned to you after you leave providing there is no damage to my condo. Payment is able to be made online using an e check.

About the owner: Originally from Ohio, Susan started vacationing in New Smyrna Beach in 1982 and continued to return to our area every year with her family until 2004. In 2008 she decided that the best place to live would be where she loved to vacation, and purchased a condo. After getting a taste of living here part time, Susan decided to make New Smyrna Beach her full time home.
