This home is on five acres at a charming "end-of-the-road" location. You'll find it romantic and unique if you wish to stay "home" to relax and rejuvenate, as well as being a wonderful base from which to explore this beautiful and diverse part of Arizona.
The home has lots of comfortable nooks to relax in. The private walled yard is a great place to soak up the ample Arizona sunshine. You may never want to leave the property, as the views of the Whetstones to the East, wilderness of the Empire Cienega to the north, and Biscuit Mountain to the south are magnificent. The night skies are alive with stars - probably more than you have seen in years.
A short drive will take you to the world-famous bird-watching areas of Ramsey Canyon and Patagonia Bird Sanctuary, as well as historic Tombstone, Bisbee and Benson. Parker Canyon and Patagonia Lakes are only 20 minutes away. Elgin Wine country is only five miles from the home.
There's something for everyone to enjoy here. The home is comfortable, unique and quiet.
