Welcome to the heart of historic Annapolis! This charming home is just steps from Main Street, a block from the City Dock and a 5-minute walk to the visitors’ entrance to the Naval Academy. Originally built in 1830 and lovingly renovated in 2012, the home will provide comfort and convenience for your stay in Maryland’s capital. Whether you are in town for Naval Academy or St. John’s events, a wedding, the boat shows, a football or sailing weekend, or just a getaway to enjoy the shops, restaurants and local ambience, this home will put you in the heart of it all!
The home boasts hardwood floors, 3 gas fireplaces, a fully modern kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. On the ground floor you’ll find the kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a 5-burner gas stove w/convection oven, and a microwave/convection oven, along with all your basic cooking equipment needs. The open kitchen leads to a spacious dining table that easily accommodates 10. The living area is comfortable and cozy with built-in bookcases, a large sectional sofa, a comfy leather armchair with ottoman, a flat-screen TV and FIOS broadband WiFi. There is a powder room on the main level which is convenient when entertaining guests. French doors lead from the kitchen to the bricked patio complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a 4-poster queen bed and an en-suite master bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and another full bath is just steps down the hall. A secluded roof-top deck is accessed from the second floor hallway as well. The final bedroom is just up the stairs in the loft, furnished with 2 daybeds with pop-up trundles, sleeping a total of four.
Parking passes are provided at no additional cost for on-street parking for one vehicle. City garages are available at minimal cost and are accessible via the Annapolis Circulator bus which stops just steps from the house. This is also a convenient way to get to the shops and restaurants on West Street as well as to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

-100% of payments made if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
-50% of payments made if cancelled 15-29 days prior to the Check-in Date
-50% of total payments if cancelled 7-14 days prior to the Check-in Date
-0% if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the Check-in Date

About the owner: Frank and Deb Frassica have had a long association with Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Frank is a USNA alumnus (Class of ’75) and they were married in the Naval Academy Chapel in 1984. Both served in the Navy Medical Corps before joining Johns Hopkins. They have lived in Maryland for more than 20 years and have enjoyed visiting Annapolis frequently. In 2012 they were lucky enough to find this charming house to use for getaway weekends and are pleased to offer it for your vacation enjoyment as well.
