This a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in dillon valley west. It is right on the bus route which can take you to the close by ski areas of keystone, a-basin, breckenridge, or copper mountain. It is completely remodeled with hdtv. There are king beds in 2 of the rooms with a queen loft bed in the kids room. There is xbox set up for the kids to enjoy while the adults enjoy the living area with hdtv with dvr. There is also an electric fireplace for ambiance. All new appliances.....Granite kitchen. Hardwood floors and tile in the bathrooms. There are drawers under the beds to put your stuff. There also in a washer/drier in the unit. There is also an outdoor hot tub on site at the condo complex with a small indoor hotel style pool. If you want a bigger pool approximately 5 min down the road by car or bus is the silverthorne recreation center....Which has basketball, weights, track, indoor pool with big slide, etc.
* This property is on the ground level when entering but it does have a second story balcony. There are only about 3 stairs to get into the condo.

My brothers and I very much enjoyed our stay at your rental. The unit is very nicely furnished and equipped for preparing meals. It was also conveniently located to shopping, skiing the Summit County resorts and fishing the Blue River. It perfectly met our needs. This condo is an excellent value. I don't think you will be able to beat the price for the finishes and location. It is beautiful inside and is loaded with all the necessary items. Our group was 5 adults and we used all of the sleeping spaces. (The fold out couches are comfortable) All the ski areas and restaurants are easily accessible. Thank you for letting us share your condo and enjoy the Colorado winter.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family lives in Colorado and we often enjoy the mountains. We decided that the prices were to high so we looked into make a nice affordable place for people to rent from us that we could also use when we were free. It is by far the nicest place you can rent in Summit County for the money....in my opinion.
