DIRECTLY ON THE GULF OF MEXICO BEACH! It has been completely remodeled and we invite you to stay in our home-away-from-home. This one bedroom Condo has a queen bed upstairs with a full bath and a queen sofa/sleeper downstairs and another full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and a new washer and dryer are in the Condo.

The beach is only a few steps away from our Condo, no long boardwalks or dragging your stuff to the beach. The sand at Sugar Beach is white and sparkling clean. On-site there are three swimming pools (one heated) and tennis courts.

Located just minutes from the Foley Outlet Mall.

Our unit is a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that sleeps 4. It has a king size bed upstairs with a full bath. Downstairs is the living area with a queen size sofa/sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Towels and bed linens are also furnished.

Security Deposit Policy

In order to keep costs down for our guests, we have put in place policies that will help reduce your "out of pocket" expenses. You save by not having to provide a security deposit on top of the cost of the rental. Here's how it works:

We require a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card in order to reserve a condo. $187.50 will be charged to your credit card. $180 of this amount will be applied to your rental balance, and your final payment will reflect a credit for this amount. The balance is due 21 days before you check in.

A separate damage deposit will NOT be required as long as you provide a valid credit card as security. Of course, the credit card will only be charged if we find damage, missing property, or missing keys. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we will make every attempt to contact you and discuss it with you.
