About the owner: We are two families that jointly own the property. We all live in Bay Area & love to come down to Santa Cruz for relaxation and beach fun. Between the 2 families we have 4 x boys and a girl, ranging from 4 years old up to 12 years old. We often go together as there is plenty of space for everyone.
Why the Owner Chose Santa Cruz: This area of Santa Cruz is very desirable due to it's proximity to all the area's sites. The neighbors are really nice, many of them full-time residents who look after each other's homes.
It's close to the Sunday's Farmer's Market and a short bike ride to Capitola and the Boardwalk. Plus the beach at the end of the street is fantastic.
The Unique Benefits at this House: The property is actually two units combined. This is perfect for two families or groups as there is space to spread out. The garden is very well-maintained and often has blooms of rose bushes, a lemon tree and an outdoor shower. Sunsets from the top deck are epic, while a cup of coffee on the lower deck is a wonderful way to kick off your day.
