This luxurious two bedroom, two bath condo is on the tenth floor at Surfside Resort, a BEACHFRONT building, just east of Destin. This west-side unit has a fine ocean view and a partial view of a golf course and the bay beyond.
High ceilings, mirrored walls, tile floors, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors create a feeling of spaciousness in this comfortable 1150 sq. ft. condo. It has a stylish decor of ocean blue and brown. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the 28 ft. balcony. It is furnished for outdoor dining and sunning.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with glasstop range, built-in microwave, all dishes, wares, utensils and small appliances. The eat-in area has a great view of the beach.
All linens are furnished except beach towels, but if you run low there's a FULL-SIZE WASHER and DRYER. We also have free WIRELESS INTERNET for your laptop.
Sleeping arranagements: The 12 x 18 master bedroom features a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, and a large newly remodeled bath. You can lie in the bed and see the surf and HEAR THE WAVES. The second bedroom contains two double beds, a full bath and private entry. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR or DVD. The new sofa-bed sleeps two for added flexibility.
In addition to the heated pool and the beach, Surfside has two hot tubs, dry suana, and a kiddie pool. There's also a picnic area with charcoal grills and another picnic area overlooking the beach. For exercise we offer a fine workout room, two tennis courts and a basketball court. Within a mile are grocery stores, Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, the Shops of Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, and numerous restaurants.
The up-scale building is unique in Destin featuring concrete and steel construction, unusual angled floor plans, and carpeted interior hallways. The public areas at Surfside have recently been renovated, and our beach was renourished last year. COVERED PARKING means your car is always in the shade. |
