Or stroll down to harbor and begin an enchanting walk along the historic Shore Path for wondrous views from the shoreline of Bar Harbor and the grand estates that garnish its way. Although this home is compact, you’ll find plenty of room to stretch out between your outings around town and in Acadia National Park.
FIRST FLOOR: Enter to a compact but well-equipped Kitchen with updated tile flooring. Adjacent Dining Room seats 8 comfortably, and offers access to a spacious deck and a grassy back yard via sliding glass doors. Spacious and comfortably furnished Living Room. SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs find three Bedrooms. One with double bed and TV, one with a single bed and a larger third bedroom with double bed, single roll-a-way and TV. Full Bathroom with shower only.
LOWER LEVEL: Family/Recreational room with new carpet and tile flooring, small wet bar, bumper pool table, TV, and well-furnished Sitting Area. Built in shelves with lots of games. Separate Laundry Room.
PORCH/DECK: Back deck with furnishings, and spacious back yard.
