Our private end unit condominium in Forest Knoll is just three years old. New paint, all new furniture, linens and décor make for a sophisticated home away from home.
Three plus beds and three and a half baths will sleep 11. Two families can share this unit comfortably. This two level unit boasts two Master bedrooms with private baths/ jacuzzi, walk -in closets and linen closets.
An additional bedroom has a new twin bunk over a double with down comforters and a stylish décor. A full bath is just across the hall.
A second livingroom on the lower level offers a set of bunk beds and a new "L" sectional couch that opens to a queen-size sleeper. Watch movies and relax together. On this level is a large laundry room and even bigger utility room for storage.
The kitchen, complete with granite counters and a bar that seats four, overlooks the cozy yet inviting living room. Plates and utensils for 11, coffee maker, microwave, disposal, toaster and everything else you will need in the kitchen.
Leather couches and wall to wall carpet make it easy to snuggle up in front of the fireplace or the TV complete with DVD and VCR and cable.
The dining room is open to the living area and has an antique farmers table and funky snowboard benches for ample seating.
Enjoy lunch on the deck with friends taking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery. Our unit has a nice size entrance with large coat closet and a ski locker for outside ski storage.
Need to get some work done while on vacation, not to worry as we are set up for high speed wireless internet access.
We are the closest condos to the mountain access road and the mountain trolley stop is just outside the Condo entrance. We are just a few hundred yards from the Waterville Valley Recreation Center, Town Square for shopping and restaurants, the ice rink, Curious George’s Cottage, the White Mountain Athletic Club and much more.
Come enjoy fireworks on Saturday evening while riding in a horsedrawn sleigh. Take a guided cross-country ski tour at night and count the stars overhead. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the Diamond’s Edge Restaurant. Or just relax in your private six foot jacuzzi before settling down into a queen-size sleigh bed.

Just wanted to say thanks to Scott and Carolyn for renting their wonderful vacation home . We went up for the Columbus Day weekend with our family, Ben,Tina, Sam and Jeff and our best friends Sherry, Steve, Andrew, Emily and Caitlyn. This was our 14th year going up to Waterville but our first at this great condo. Nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and play cards in the evening. There was so much room we never felt crowded. Great Kitchen and the decor was nice. Thanks again, we will be back soon

We spent three weeks of August in this lovely, clean, spacious condo. The location is excellent. The home is very well-maintained and organized. Lots of room for guests especially with a second master suite! So much to do in Waterville Valley and beyond. It's a great, safe place to introduce your young kids to a bit of independence. Your home is all we expected it to be. Just wonderful. Highly recommended.

This is an attractive, well-equipped condominium with plenty of room. The owners have everything organized; we had everything we needed. The two master bedrooms on separate floors and two living room areas with plenty of bathrooms makes this ideal as a place to stay with extended family. The design, with carpeting throughout and no balconies, etc. is safe for young children. The beds were very comfortable. Despite hot weather during our stay we were cool because of the ceiling fans. We've been to Waterville Valley many times, usually in a large family group. This was the best place to date. Waterville Valley is a relaxing, clean, outdoor environment. Younger children love Corcoran's Pond with its sandy beach. There are plenty of nearby opportunities for a variety of climbs. All you need to make this a great vacation spot are comfortable accommodations like these.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I have vacationed at the Kilpatrick's condo in Waterville Valley both in the winter and summer and have a great time. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I would positively recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in the Waterville Valley area.

I have vacationed at Waterville Valley in both the summer and the winter season, staying at the Kilpatrick's condo. The accommodations rate a 10, with all the amenities. What a GREAT get-away!!!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Scott & Carolyn's condo at Forrest Knoll. Our family flew up from Philadelphia for the long weekend. WOW....what a warm, cozy place. We could not have been happier with the accommodations..all the comforts of home. Our family took advantage of all activities from swimming to ice skating and more. Thank you Scott and Carolyn. The condo is fantastic and we had such a good time. All the amenities, i.e. full kithcen, dvd player, grill on deck, hot tub, queen/bunk beds, 36" TV, fireplace and wireless internet really made us feel at home.
