This Amazing space with a separate entrance is a few minutes walk to the heart of SoCo, and a short bike or car ride to the 2nd, 4th and 6th street entertainment districts. Zilker park home of many music festivals ,outdoor theater and the famous Barton Springs is also just a few minutes Away as is Lady Bird Lake with a beautiful hike and bike trail along with kayak and canoe rentals, . This super-modern dwell meets South Austin hideaway is the perfect base for Austin adventures of any flavor. So close to live music, amazing food and fantastic shopping that there's no need to get in the car unless you want to . Once you pass through the gate to the Owners urban garden and upstairs to your private suite you'll only hear the sway of the oak trees around your windows . The Space features a queen size uber comfortable bed as well as a full size pull out couch .
The room also has it's own fridge and a walk in closet for longer stays . It also features a large custom shower, high speed internet and 2 cable equipped televisions.
The owner is just downstairs if you need restaurant or any other sort of recommendations.

What a gem! This is where I wish I had lived in Austin. Great home base to reconnect with friends and to explore the new scene in Soco and downtown! Brand new remodel and wow, what upgrades! A shower that has 5-7 shower heads! Very trendy and comfortable. Justin and the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Sure beats even a high end hotel! I will be staying here for my future visits to Austin for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Everything we could have hoped for — perfect location, great interior decorating, and that shower whoaaa! The owners you ask? They were super flexible, accommodating, offered us all kinds of privacy, and were great communicators. Happy, very very happy with our stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My only complaint is that one night was not enough for us to enjoy this great spot. Very clean, very welcoming. Information in emails was prompt and clear. We hope to be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Absolutely loved this charming treehouse studio. Set back in the trees in the south Congress neighborhood. Close to all shops and restaurants. The unit has top notch amenities - from Joes's coffee house coffee..to the queen temperpedic mattress, and bath products in the shower. The glass shower was to die for- heads out of walls and ceiling. Very modern, eclectic, comfortable. There was a big event on Congress so parking was a little bit if an issue. But no big deal. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable and quiet. Loved the cool decor! The location is great, close to many bars, restaurants and shopping. Feels like a treehouse retreat with all the amenities of home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
