Ixtapa is the loveliest Beach Resort in Mexico. Small, unique, well cared for, Ixtapa has a first class Navy Hospital with its own decompression tank for divers, making this an ideal location for scuba diving.
The charming fishing village of ZIHUTANEJO is just a few minutes ride. This beautiful home features a complete kitchen, dining area, living room, den, and half bath on the main floor and one bed room with kingsize bed and bath. One bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two double beds, patio, bathroom, and laundry room are located on the second floor.
The pool area has a beautiful palapa and is surrounded by lush bugambilias. Our excellent maid attends to your needs six days a week, and we have a full time gardener to assure that everything runs smoothly. A cook and car are also available upon request. You are five minutes from Palma Real Golf Course and the Beach. Our administrator will be pleased to help you arrange any activities. Massage, spa, yoga, fishing, surfing.
The spacious Villa is decorated in elegant Mexican colonial style with exceptional details and all the amenities, located on a secluded, exclusive street in side a small compound. Our unique home has a beautiful ocean view over looking Ixtapa bay but close to the center of Ixtapa and all its attractions.

I have stayed at this property numerous times, and love it everytime. A great pool just outside the door with both sun or shade, a great kitchen to cook up something, very good AC, nicely furnished, great housekeeping, all around a very nice place to stay. If you want, a short walk to the Las Brisas Hotel and Happy Hour in the lobby bar while you watch a stunning sunset or walk across the street to a very good restaurant with view to die for. A short taxi ride takes you anywhere in Zihua or Ixtapa. You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Truly a gem of a place -- great view, tastefully decorated, large crystal clear pool right outside of your door -- all of this for a much lower price than one would expect to pay. The staff are courteous and anxious to please. As an extra bonus it is located across the street from one of the finest restaurants in the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo area. Definitely a place we will return to.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Love the Villa and location. Great pool and every one is so helpful. The home is truly lovely and great for a large group are a couple since it is on 2 floors. We love Villa Ixtapa and feel like this is our home .The Villa is large and spacious, full of amenities .Lulu the wonderful maid is a gem. We have stayed in the house for the past 5 years for several months at a time and enjoy the interesting families who live and rent the other villa inside the compound.
