We invite you to come and enjoy island living at its best in our beautiful 3rd floor condo at the Regency. We have great open dates and fall weather is being enjoyed by all! Come and enjoy spectacular sun, sand and water. Our heated pool and beautiful water are waiting on you! We have 2 units on the 3rd floor so bring your friends and family! Our oversized pool is heated to 80 degrees from now until the end of November and our fitness center is waiting on you on the first floor. Of course you don't want to forget about our pristine white sand and marine life! Navarre Beach now has the longest fishing pier in Florida so come and enjoy fishing or watching! Unit 302 is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos on Navarre Beach. We have upscale furnishings, ample linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

When ordinary just won't do - our beautiful Regency unit #302, is the condo for you! This Regency unit is the perfect place to relax and rejueuvenate. Come and enjoy everything that Navarre Beach has to offer! You will want to enjoy the beautiful drive through the National Seashore from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach! Make it a point to see the Blue Angels practice session while you are there too! Also our area Zoo is open and it is far from ordinary! Because we are an island, you can also choose to enjoy the Santa Rosa Sound. Boating, Fishing, Waverunners, Beach Volleyball - lots going on soundside!

We have created a relaxing, serene atmosphere for our guests in our condo. We enjoy an incredible view from the 30 x 8 private balcony. What do most people say about Navarre Beach? "It is beauty that's rarely found." Whether it's your first time or your 100th time to Navarre Beach it takes your breath away when you drive over the bridge and onto the island. Our Gulf front pool is heated from March through November for your enjoyment. Unit 302 is spacious, tropical and a great place to relax and have fun! Over 1520 square feet of space with everything you need for the perfect vacation at your fingertips. Our decor and furnishings are upscale and yet comfortable. If you expect excellence and attention to detail in your everyday life you should not settle for less while vacationing! You will not be dissappointed in our beautiful condo - 302 Regency is truly Paradise Found! The tropical, romantic master suite has a king sized bed, double mirrored closet, comfortable sitting area to enjoy the outdoors while indoors. The private bath has a whirlpool tub/shower and nice dressing area. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with ample space and closet space. Each bedroom has a TV and there are DVD's and stereo system in the living area with the TV and entertainment center. Our kitchen is fully equipped - if cooking gourmet meals for your family is your idea of vacationing you'll have what you need! Of course if you prefer more time on the beach or the balcony we have great restaurants on the island and the mainland. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have ample linens and storage space through out the condo. Our over sized pool is enjoyed by guests of all ages. Even George, our chicken leg eating blue heron, is enjoying his early morning walks at the pool!

Our living area is open with gracious style and comfort. The dining area easily seats 6 at the table. The south side of the condo is all sliding doors/windows - with a spectacular view of the Gulf. We have a private 30 x 8 balcony that opens off the living space and the master bedroom. It is very comfortably furnished and it is the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee or enjoying that late evening sunset. This is a second home - not a typical rental unit!

It is a No Smoking, No Pet unit. Our motto for the beach is simple......RELAX! RELAX! RELAX! Come and enjoy the best that the Regency and Navarre Beach have to offer. It is Paradise Found!Our "populated" island is less than 4 miles long - 4 miles of unspoiled, uncrowded beauty! To the east of our little slice of heaven is the State Park and to the west is the National Seashore so our privacy is protected in both directions.
