Here is your immaculate, updated with new carpet and appliances, two bedroom, two bath condo in Sandy Shores Condominiums located on the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Directly across the street from John's Pass Village with great restaurants and many unique boutiques for your shopping pleasure. Large heated pool with tiki huts, new gas barbecue, picnic tables--great place to watch the beautiful sunsets.

This condo features a large secluded balcony with peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a California King bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with euro mattresses also with its own bath. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters. Our condo also has two televisions with DVD/VCR and wireless internet access at our unit and also at the pool.

The full kitchen is furnished with everything you need. We also have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods. All linens are furnished.

We have parking reserved for you and a trolley stops all along Gulf Boulevard. Our condo is available for year-round rental. A pet of up to thirty pounds is allowed for an additional fee.

We have owned the unit for five years and have many repeat clients!
