Location: Hunter Mountain, Catskills, New York, USA (Located 5 minutes from Town (Family Reunions/Large Parties))

Accommodations:  House, 7 Bedrooms + Loft, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 24-35)

The house is situated on 32 beautiful acres with a lovely pond spawning a small stream spreading across the eastern side of the property. On premise there is a large inground pool, jacuzzi, and sand volleyball court for use in the summer (the jacuzzi is kept open year round). There is a stone outdoor BBQ/fireplace great for cooking family meals. There is also a firepit where everyone can get together and sit around the fire roasting marshmallows or enjoying some cocktails.

In the winter there is nothing like waking up and looking out the window and seeing nothing but white powder. There is excellent skiing at Hunter and Windham Mountain located within 10 minutes of the house. You can bring your own snowmobiles and have the time of your life or sit inside with a glass of wine and read your favorite book in front of the fireplace. Or you can take that glass of wine and hop in the jacuzzi and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and forget about the world.

This house is extremely versatile and is ideal for accommodating large parties for the following purposes: FAMILY REUNIONS and family vacations (for a single family or even four), CORPORATE rentals (retreat-sales/training boot camp, employee benefits, client benefits), PROM parties, SKI SHARES, and all of your other special occasions. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Retirement parties, Bachelor/bachelorette parties, Birthday parties).
