The stainless appliances and large counter areas provide all the space needed to create dinners and meals for any number of family and friends. This kitchen is fully furnished with every gourmet and culinary item that you would desire.

The complete laundry room is located off the kitchen.

The 1st Guest Bedroom has a Twin bed, dresser, desk area and chairs to relax in.

The lovely Half Bath is next door.

To the right of the Living Room is the 1st Master Suite. It includes a King Bed, a door onto the deck and faces the magnificent views of the Rockies. It has Berber carpet and lovely mahogany furniture and cathedral ceilings.

The Master bath is the ultimate in luxury. From the tile floor, His and Her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and lighted shower, this bath suite provides everything that you could desire. A large walk-in closet is located here.

On the second level is the 2nd Guest Bedroom. Pine Queen bed, pine furniture and chest of drawers are located here. Three large windows provide views and the Berber carpet is luxurious in this area.

The Berber carpet continues to the large, comfortable downstairs Family Room. It has a gas fireplace, a large couch, game table and a Baldwin digital piano for your relaxation and comfort. Double French doors open to the lower level patio. Here you can enjoy the wildlife that abounds in the mountains. Elk, deer, coyote and the occasional wandering bear can all be seen in this area.

To the right is the 2nd Master Suite. It has Berber carpet, a King bed with spindle headboard and 3 windows with views. The 2nd Master bath suite is luxurious and unique. It has His and Her sinks, tile floors, and a tile shower/tub. The beautiful treatments include pine drawers and cabinets and stainless fixtures and faucets.

To the left on the lower level is a large children’s bedroom. It includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a Full bed. This room can sleep 6. It has a double closet area and high ceilings and Berber carpet.
