This is one of only a few properties that do Friday-Friday stays. We have found that it is much more convenient for the families to get the entire first weekend rather than spending time stuck in traffic and long lines for check-in. (Saturday afternoons are very hectic with traditional Saturday check-ins and service companies doing cleanings, repairs and pool work). Also great for families that have members or friends that only can make the weekend. They don't get cheated out of a full day!

This luxury home is an excellent choice for your family vacation, reunion, wedding party, or corporate getaway. This beautiful 4100+ sq. ft home is yards away from the Ocean where you can relax on the wonderful beach of Sandbridge. There are 8 newly furnished bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and 6 bathrooms. It also features new furniture and furnishings throughout.

The first (bottom) floor contains a sitting area to watch a movie or play the Wii station on the large flat screen smart TV or enjoy a game of Foosball. This floor also has 4 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a full bed with single trundle and TV, 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunkbed, and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. There is a hallway that leads to the back yard where you can enjoy the in-ground pool or sit at the cabana and enjoy your favorite beverage.
The second floor has a large kitchen and dining area that will accomadate everyone in your party. The well stocked kitchen is complete with dishwasher that makes cleaning up a breeze after cooking that large family meal. The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are three bedrooms on this level, all with flatscreen TV's; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and daybed along with a jetted tub and seperate shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed). This floor also has deck access that overlooks the pool area as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. On the deck is a screened in porch with a large table and chairs that will allow you to have your family barbecues from the gas grill provided. The deck stairs leads right to the pool area.
The top level of the home contains the game area where you get watch Blu-ray movies on the High Definition Big Screen Smart TV while you relax on the large sectional couch. Also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong from this area as others watch you from the bar that seats four. The third floor bedroom is a great place to have separation from the rest of the group as it sleeps 3 with a queen size and single beds. Can’t forget the third level deck where you get a spectacular view of the ocean, watch the dolphins and listen to the waves come crashing in as you privately layout on one of the multiple lounge chairs provided!

We booked this house for the first time for a family reunion. We had stayed at other houses at Sandbridge but like to try a different house each year. This one has been, by far, our favorite. The location cannot be beat. We were right across the street from the beach and beach access. The views from the second and third floor decks were breathtaking. Both decks are huge and a great place to spend the evenings after a day at the beach. When we walked into the house, we were surprised at how brand new everything was. The beach theme was carried throughout the whole house. My favorite rooms were the third floor game room with enormous sectional, bar and pool table and the kitchen that was able to seat our entire extended family of 18 for our dinners together. We were disappointed that the weather was not a bit warmer because the pool and outdoor tiki bar/cabana were incredible. We definitely will come back to rent this house again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had stayed at this house last year. It was called Giants 1st and 10. I was happy with the layout so we booked it for a weekend for a short family reunion. It looks remarkably better. We were told that it was a new owner and they replaced everything from flooring to furniture and TVs. I commend them on their renovation. The check in was efficient and they were quick to address a minor issue with a TV remote. We felt like royalty being the first guests in the new renovation. It was still on the cool side so we didn't spent as much time outside but I can say from past visits that the outside bar and pool were the hit. The pool wasn't open yet but I was told that they are replacing the liner and will be open in May. Hopefully we get warmer weather next time! We plan to book here as soon as we can coordinate another family gathering!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
