Welcome to BUILDING TWO of Maravilla! One of Destin most popular, most requested and MOST AFFORDABLE family resorts! The private beach, green grassy areas, two pools (one heated), tennis courts, club house and great location has something for everyone! Walk to restaurants, bike up and down the bike trail or just sit on your patio and watch the people. If your lucky, you might get a glimps of an occasional dolphin! Building Two is the building closest to the beach on Maravilla property.
Maravilla Unit 2102 is ground floor, gulf front and is conveniently located just 30-40 steps to the pool or beach! The ground floor location means you can park at your front door and escape out your sliding doors to the beach or pool! Views of the gulf are ejoyed from the master bedroom, the living and kitchen area and of course, your private patio. The decor is fun Florida nautical and the tiled floors offer a wondefully clean feeling! Come and enjoy the freshness!
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the patio. It has a nice large king bed. The guest bedroom is great for families, it offers extra sleeping area with bunks beds. The bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top bunk is a twin bed. Even if the kids aren't coming this trip, the room offers great comfort! In need of extra sleeping space, no problem, the couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa!

We rent 3 units at Maravilla and do not update our calendar until all units are booked. We work with other owners at Maravilla to help vacationers find their perfect unit at Maravilla. Inquiries via email are prefered.

Condo was wonderful! Great location, never had to leave unless we wanted to! Loved that we could literally walk out the front and across to the beach to our very on chairs! It was colder than I would have liked but the heated pool and hot tub was nice! The kids really enjoyed everything as did we! Will definitely be back, just warmer next time! Condo had everything you could ask for, with plenty of room!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing.

This place is literally across the street from beach access point. It is the perfect size for a small family or group of friends. The best part was that it is pet friendly! We had 5 people in our group with 2 dogs and we all slept and gathered comfortably. Every day we would wake up, cook breakfast, make snacks and lunch for the beach and then walk out the back door straight to beach. I was more than happy with the condo and the location and the price! We will definitely be going back AT LEAST once every summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was great! Clean, very close to the beach, and had everything we needed for the week. We will definitely contact you when planning our next trip to Destin.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The family and pet friendly atmosphere of this complex made for a wonderful week. Marti made it very simple for us to coordinate our accomodations. The unit has great beachfront and very convenient location. Having the beach right outside the door along with beach service- 2 chairs and umbrella w/ a full-time attendant was a great convenience! The kids loved the pools, hot tub, and basketball court. We'd love to return in the future. Thank you for a memorable week!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a woderful time in Destin, Fla. during spring break (3/12-19/2011). The room and view was just beautiful. Very comfortable. Best time? About the owner: I have rented this condo for my neighbors for the last 6 (or so...I've lost count) years. I consider it a blessing not only to me but also to my guests. Many families enjoy being able to rent condos side by side. The two ground floor condo together provide Maravilla memories for many!
