The private beach, green grassy areas, two pools (one heated), tennis courts, club house and great location has something for everyone! Walk to restaurants, bike up and down the bike trail or just sit on your patio and watch the people. If your lucky, you might get a glimps of an occasional dolphin!
Maravilla Unit 2102 is ground floor, gulf front and is conveniently located just 30-40 steps to the pool or beach! The ground floor location means you can park at your front door and escape out your sliding doors to the beach or pool! Views of the gulf are ejoyed from the master bedroom, the living and kitchen area and of course, your private patio. The decor is fun Florida nautical and the tiled floors offer a wondefully clean feeling!
The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the patio. It has a nice large king bed. The guest bedroom is great for families, it offers extra sleeping area with bunks beds. The bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top bunk is a twin bed. Even if the kids aren't coming this trip, the room offers great comfort! In need of extra sleeping space, no problem, the couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa!
