The fun begins the minute you walk out the front door. Within a few steps you will find yourself overlooking the St. Lawrence River. A little further and you’re on the boardwalk, on your way to restaurants and shopping or the Plains of Abraham where the French battled the English.
If you are a runner or bicyclist it is all right at your finger tips. The bike trails go forever along the river. The ski slopes of Mont St. Anne and Stoneham and the hiking in Jacques-Cartier National Park are a mere 25 minutes away. All seasons you will find many outdoor activities. Bring a few families or a group of friends and enjoy this great hidden treasure, Québec City.
And the smoke-free home itself is one of Québec City's Historical Buildings. This combines the rich feel of the past with all the updated comforts from its recent renovation.
The main floor consists of a large living area, dining for 12 and a kitchen stocked with all essentials. On the second floor you will find a game/reading room with the original fireplace. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds and a bath with separate shower and tub. All linens.
The third floor offers three rooms with a total of seven single beds or two single beds can be made into a king. The bathroom has been designed in sections so it can be fully utilized. The basement is ideal for storing skis, bikes, ice skates and camp gear for enjoying the outdoors.
With its total of five bedrooms, two and one-half baths and spacious living areas, is ideal for families and small groups who want to enjoy the warm days and cool evenings of summer. It is a city of many seasons. Enjoy the festivals, the music, winter carnival and all the other charms of this wonderful Old City.
