A beautifully architect designed & decorated 3 bedroom contemporary beach house on the foothills behind Playa Gigante township. In a quiet setting with breathtaking ocean and jungle views, only 500m from the picturesque Gigante Bay (5-10 minute walk) and short drive to world famous surf beaches.
The hillside lot stays cool year round and has been designed with the climate and views in mind. With high ceilings, fans and glass doors/windows, stunning views of Gigante and Panga drops are captured from all rooms in the house.
Built in 2012/2013 the house is the newest and largest available for holiday rentals in Playa Gigante. Boasting a well-equipped gourmet kitchen a delight to use, with granite bench tops, island bench seating, European white goods and range of appliances. Open plan living and dining areas spill onto the balcony where locally crafted furniture offers seating for 6. Get ready to kick back, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
The upstairs large master king bedroom with private ensuite bathroom is spacious with high ceilings and breath taking views of the coastline. Along with a smaller private balcony that protects you from prevailing winds.
The second and third bedrooms (with a queen bed and two single beds respectively) are on the lower level with an adjacent bathroom and shared balcony.
The 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people.
Comfort is assured with top quality beds with 30% mattress toppers. Linen, bath towels and hammocks are also provided.? Beach towels are not included.
Located behind Hotel Brio tenants have full use of the swimming pool and deck, approximately 150m from the house.
The property will suit couples, families or groups of friends.
NOTE: 4x4 is required to access the driveway to the house.

We had a great experience on Semana Santa, hoping to get back soon. Fully equipped, very clean, totally recommend it. 5 min to the beach town Gigante, close to one of the best surf beaches in Nicaragua (Colorado / Iguana). We did some some rappelling and we figured out that there are lot of activities nearby. It's also perfect to relax, because the house is very quiet.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed with 3 of my close friends over christmas and new years on a surf trip , the house is amazing and new with the most spectacular views of gigante and the ocean . We had the most amazing time here , highly recommend staying .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We spent ten gorgeous days at this beautiful house perched on a hill in Tola. Arrived on the balcony just as the sun was setting over the ocean - couldn't have had a better welcome, the views out over the ocean are beautiful. With plenty of space for time-out reading in the hammock or having dinner and drinks on the terrace, it was the perfect holiday. When not at the house, we were surfing from one of the beaches 5 minutes from the house, sitting in one of the local character-filled cafe's on the beach or doing some yoga on the pool deck 2 minutes walk from the house. It was perfect!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hello! My husband and I stayed at Casa Marc with another 2 couples... The house was modern and even more beautiful once we arrived! The ocean view was breathe taking from every spot in the house including the kitchen which was well equipped and very spacious, making it perfect for a dynamic cooking night surrounded with friends. The manager of the property: Ivana, was very helpful with everything we needed. We had someone clean the house every day during the morning and security in the evenings... we definitely had no inconveniences during our stay. There are a set of activities around the house such as rappel in one of Gigantes cliffs for only $20. There are a lot of restaurants to visit within a few minutes from the place and locals are very friendly. Hostal Camino de Gigante is another touristic spot to hang out and get information for other activities. As for the home owners, my husband and I got a chance to meet them and we can honestly say that we started a lifelong friendship: wonderful people! ?Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Cancellation policy:
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation within the 7 day period, or a no show, the full amount of the booking will be charged. A USD$200 security cash deposit is to be given to the property manager upon arrival. If the property is damaged or items are broken, this will come out of this deposit. If the house is in order the cash deposit will be returned upon departure.

About the owner: Hello, and welcome to my home. My name is Marc and by profession I am a seaman, working as a Captain on a private yacht with my partner Adele. Previously to building this home I was a man of the world; born in London, brought up in Corsica (France) until the age of 13 when I moved to Australia. Casa Marc was completed in February 2013 and will now be my home, while I’m not out at sea. Of all the places I’ve traveled in the world, this is where I want to live, I trust you will love it as much as I do!
Why the Owner Chose Tola:
The property is hillside with cool breezes and stunning ocean views. It is close to town, without being in amongst it. Before purchasing the land I would sit at sunset and enjoy a Tona (local beer) and picture myself here in years to come. Now my dream has become a reality.

Designed by my cousin, a local Nicaraguan architect, the house is built with climate and location in mind. It is new, modern, spacious and peaceful. The first thing you notice when you walk through the door are the breathtaking views. The house is large, so you can slip into a hammock on one of three levels and easily escape from the world. Just a short stroll into town, you feel far enough away without being isolated, or the need to drive every day.
