Welcome to Four High Rigger, one of the newer second row homes in Palmetto Dunes. The home was designed by award winning Architect Thomas Hiatt. Enjoy your next Hilton Head vacation in this six bedroom, six and a half bath, 4750 square foot residence. The spacious home features heart pine floors, designer décor, and high quality furnishings that give the home a classic, yet open personality. High Rigger is ideal for entertaining, or curling up with a good book.

Four High Rigger has a desirable "reverse" floor plan that places the formal dining area and living room on the top floor. You can prepare you meals in a large gourmet kitchen and dine above the palms with glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. The gourmet kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and an eating area. The large dining room table seats 10 people and the sliding doors open to a large balcony with patio furniture, a grille, and glimpses of the ocean. The spacious living room has a TV/DVD and stereo/CD, designer furniture and large windows with commanding views of the neighborhood. This upper floor also has two master bedrooms. Each master has king-sized beds, luxurious baths, and private whirlpools.

Take the elevator or open stairway down to the first floor. This floor has an open entry foyer, a spacious family room with a large screen entertainment center with CD/DVD. The four large bedrooms on this floor each have private baths. One of the four bedrooms on this floor has a king-size bed, the second has a queen, the third bedroom has two queens, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The central family room has sliding doors that open to a large covered lanai. The other side of the family room opens to your large secluded pool, with a spa. The pool area has spacious decking with patio furniture and a Tech Grill. Walk about 100 steps down the beach path to the nicest beach on Hilton Head and "try" to see Africa in the distance! Four High Rigger is a great home to host your corporate or family events on Hilton Head.
