Sports fans and TV buffs can feel like part of the action in front of the 55" screen TV. Enjoy great conversations, reading or just relaxing on the oversized leather sofa and two recliners in front of the red brick fireplace in the family room.
The king-size master suite offers you a picturesque view of shimmering blue water and colorful sunsets. You can enjoy the view and your morning coffee from the master suite private patio. The master bath's two granite topped vanities and roomy step-down tiled shower offers privacy and luxury. The TV in the master suite is placed for easy viewing from the king-size bed.
Another comfortable king-size bed greets you in the guest suite. And just across the hall is the second bath with a full size bathtub/shower combination and a beautiful grantite-top vanity sink. Suitable for either children or adults, the twin bedroom is roomy and private with games, puzzles, books and storage in the wall units lining one wall. Have a laptop with you - you can use the portable laptop cart. Comfortable mattresses and quiet ceiling fans make for restful sleeping in all the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen with its tiled breakfast bar is open to the dining area and the family room.
You can enjoy the breath-taking sunsets, barbecue, eat, drink and bask in the warm, Arizona sunshine from the dining room patio. Plenty of patio furniture for you and your guests.

We fell in love with Lake Havasu and Lake Havasu City the first time we visited. The beautiful blue lake, the historic London Bridge, the casino lights at night reflected on the lake, the fun miniture light houses that dot the island, the golf courses. What a place to be. And then we found this wonderful home that is so perfect for enjoying a casual, comfortable lifestyle in private surroundings. Easy living, great weather, beautiful view, what a wonderful place to escape to.
