You can enjoy the view and your morning coffee or tea from the master suite's private patio or from the comfortable California king-sized bed. The TV in the master suite is placed for easy viewing from the king-size bed. The master bath's roomy step-down tiled shower and granite-topped vanity offer privacy and luxury. Plus, an additional and separate vanity is located next to the bathroom.

Another king-size bed greets you in the guest suite. From this comfortable bed, you can view the 32" flat-screen television. And just across the hall is the second bath with a full size bathtub/shower combination and a beautiful grantite-top vanity sink.

Suitable for either children or adults, the twin bedroom is roomy and private. In the wall unit that lines one wall, you can find games, puzzles, books and storage.

Have a laptop with you - you can use the portable laptop cart and wireless internet; a printer is also available.

Comfortable mattresses and quiet ceiling fans make for restful sleeping in all the bedrooms.

The fully equipped galley kitchen with its tiled breakfast bar is open to the dining area and the family room. Living room and bedrooms are carpeted. All the rest of the home is in easy-care, cool tile flooring.

You can enjoy the breath-taking sunsets, barbecue, eat, drink and bask in the warm, Arizona sunshine from the dining room patio. Plenty of patio furniture for you and your guests. The property is professionally landscaped and includes attractive steel fenced back yard.

For your convenience, the two-car garage has an automatic door opener.

  • Pet Friendly : Please let me know what kind of pet(s) that you have. The yard is not fenced, but the master suite patio is walled and gated and suitable for small dogs. Flooring is mostly tile except for bedrooms and living area.
  • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : This is a one level home. There is a small step-down into the living room and family room. The master suite has a wonderful tiled step-down shower (no door - easy access).
  • Kid Friendly : The twin bedroom has wall units containing books, puzzles and games and room to put lots of things. In addition, it has a small table with a chair and a mobile laptop cart.
  • Smoking Not Allowed : No smoking inside the home or garage. You can enjoy smoking, however, on the covered outside patios or in the large yard.
