Playa is a warm and welcoming building just a stones throw away to the soft sands of Carpinteria's top rated beaches. We have four units which consist of 3 one bedroom, one bath units and 1 unit is a two bedroom, two bath. The one bedroom's do have a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The units are meticulously designed with all the modern conveniences. The units are all appointed with Viking appliances, surround sound in the living room with flat screen TV's in both the living rooms and bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious bedding on an ultra comfortable pillow top mattress.
Here experience pure luxury in the beautiful bathrooms that feature Carrera marble tiles and a rain head shower to relax under. Plush linens will be awaiting you, luxury amenities will be provided for your arrival.
Each unit has an comfortable outdoor patio. Each with their own gas BBQ and built in fire pit. Enjoy sitting out by the fire while winding down from your fun filled day with a glass of wine in hand. Outdoor dining area makes for a perfect sunset dinner.
Playa is a perfect place to enjoy a summer vacation, romantic getaway, business trip or family reunion. Amtrak stops daily at the charming Carpinteria depot. Bus transportation is also available. If you're driving, Playa is 90 minutes north of Los Angeles (far enough to leave the big city behind) and 15 minutes south of Santa Barbara.
