Updated in 2011 and located a genuine SIX miles from the gates of Magic Kingdom with lots of restaurants, bars and golf literally within minutes and, some within walking distance.
The location of this property was our reason for buying and, as a guest, from our experience of staying in other locations in Orlando, it could literally save 100 's of dollars in cab fares during your stay, and also allow the drivers some well deserved rest.
High Grove is a beautiful gated development of Mediterranean-style whitewashed villas with terracotta tile roofs. Our villa is set back from the roadway and located on a huge south facing plot with a large private pool, hot tub and paved decking area.
Much of the property has been updated in 2011, but retains its contemporary style and elegance.
The villa has five large bedrooms - a master, two double and two twin rooms - and 3.5 bathrooms. A cot and highchair are included, if required and at no additional cost.
During the 2011 refit, we have ensured that the villa is fully equipped for occupation by its maximum number of guests.
The pool area has been equipped with sufficient seating to allow a family of 10 the ability to enjoy al fresco dining. Everything you could hope for is included to make your stay memorable. Among the amenities are cable and flat screen televisions to all rooms, DVD, wii, stereo, desktop computer and wi fi access. The games room is great for keeping the kids, both big and small, happy, and is ideal for chilling after a long day in the theme parks or after completing some retail therapy. It is equipped with full size slate Pool Table, Air Hockey, Dartboard and Table Tennis.
In addition, High Grove has its own club house with gorgeous pool, games room and gym. There is even a small playground for the little ones. We are sure you will love our luxury villa, and have a memorable vacation!

Just left from our 10 day stay at this house. Owners really thought of everything. From the spacious layout, to the items provided, cooking utensils, literally everything, this was our best vacation ever, all because of where we stayed. It was close to Wal-Mart, close to the parks yet far enough away to get away from all the excitement, close to anything you could possibly need. My family of 5, best friend's family, mother, and mother and father-in-law had more room than we could possibly need and never tripped over each other. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Jan and Alan, Thank you for the use of your home for our family vacation, we had a Great Time! The overall comfort of your home is a 10 you guys thought of everything. The personal touch you provided to each and every room was appreciated by our family of seasoned travelers. We look forward to coming back for future vacations in the orlando area. Disney was great for the kids but I think we all found your home to be equally enjoyable. The pool and game room were added features, we did not use the spa as we did find directions on how to operate it.. Great home, good location short distance to entertainment and shopping.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I am very late writing a review for this wonderful home, but wanted to share how much we enjoyed it for our family (after) Christmas vacation in 2009. We had three different families staying together (a total of 12) in this large home and we used every part of it, had plenty of room and had a ball! Everyone loved the game room, had alot of competition nights, and the hot tub was favored over the pool (even though it was heated) since that year it colder than normal, We used the hot tub all the time! This was our grandchildren's first time to Orlando and the parks, and your home was close enough for us to travel back, and cook meals to help offset the expenses for us and our kids. Every morning, it was a delight to be able to cooked breakfast for everyone before we hit the parks, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed to prepare it. And thanks to your grill, my brother-in-law made us some of the best steaks I have ever put in my mouth! Thank you dear owner, I have some of the best memories with my family in your home. We are very excited to hear of the 2011 updates, and would love to rent your home again. I highly recommend it, and it was a pleasure doing business with you Sir. The location is the most convenient of all properties we have both stayed as a guest, and as a potential buyer. Upon entering the development, we could see that it was loved and well looked after. It truely felt like a home away from home as soon as we arrived.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The location of the supermarkets are excellent and very convenient, and the advantage of a bar which serves great meals right on the doorstep gives the "nominated driver " a chance to have a night off and join in the party atmosphere.
