Access from Phoenix airport is via 202 Freeway and is 25 minutes away. Additionally, there is great shopping at nearby Las Sendas along with fine and casual dining within one mile.
The property is almost new with many recent upgrades including exotic mexican tile and new carpet. The house is fully furnished and was decorated by award winning interior designers.
Each of the four bedrooms is appointed with amenities that you would expect from a Five Star resort but at this reasonable price and privacy of the cul de sac lot.
The game room comes equipped with a new custom pool table and stereo system making for great entertainment of your friends. Fold out Queen couch in game room. The living room has plenty of seating with Directv and DVD player.

We stayed with another family to attend our friend's wedding. The house worked out wonderful for us - big kitchen and lots of room for everyone. We would definitely consider renting there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our group was six canadian golfers. The house was perfect. We played the Painted mountain golf course as well as 5- other excellent golf course all within 15-20 minute drive. Each day we played between 36 - 63 holes of golf so the hot tub was a welcome relief. The house was like home to us. Pool table was nice to have as well. Just a great location for golfers. We will be back.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
