Access from Phoenix airport is via 202 Freeway and is 25 minutes away. Additionally, there is great shopping at nearby Las Sendas along with fine and casual dining within one mile.

The property is almost new with many recent upgrades including exotic mexican tile and new carpet. The house is fully furnished and was decorated by award winning interior designers.

Each of the four bedrooms is appointed with amenities that you would expect from a Five Star resort but at this reasonable price and privacy of the cul de sac lot.
