Available exclusively for Masters Week 2014 and
located just minutes from the Augusta National,
this 4 bedroom, 4 full baths and two 1/2 baths,
this home is custom built and professionally
decorated home. After a day at the tournament,
plan to find relaxation retreating to this charming
5,000 square foot beauty. Designed and furnished
in a casually elegant style, comfort and pleasure
are easily found in the well-appointed living
spaces of this home: large vaulted lodge room
with stone fireplace adjoins the formal dining
room (Seats 6), spacious family-style kitchen with
a large bar area (Seats 6) along with the
adjoining breakfast nook (Seats 6). Adjacent to
this Room is our keeping room so
that the cook does not have to be alone in the
kitchen. If that is not enough sitting area, then just hop down stairs to a full living room with fireplace and another dining table (Seats 6).
For sleeping and privacy, the MBR with King bed
is on the main floor with very spacious MBath:
his/her vanities, large pedestal tub, separate
walk-in shower (large enough to not need
doors) with body jets and rain shower heads
and private commode room. Downstairs, enjoy
two generous guest rooms (king bed in one and
queen in the other). Both guest rooms have
their own full bath area and both showers have
body jets as well. This downstairs area has a
sitting room with a fireplace and a let down
futon bed/couch. This area also houses the pool
table for some extra fun after the tournament.
Relax with your guests indoors or simply enjoy
the large 800 square foot Upper back deck
(1/2 covered) as well as the large 800 square foot Lower patio deck (100% covered) . The upper deck also has an outdoor fireplace for those cooler evenings. This house sits in the estate section of the exclusive Knob Hill subdivision on a 1.5 acres lot.

This house works great as an entertainment home. Can seat over 25 at a time. No more than 30 persons allowed in the house at any time. Only amount of guests allowed for overnight stay as written on contract. Property is considered a 'sleeper home'. Trip Insurance is suggested and encouraged. Any damages must be reported and paid for by those renting.

About the owner: Hi...My name is John Biggs. I am a bi-vocational pastor (just means that I still have a day job as well as church work). I work for my father-in-laws cabinet shop . I have enjoyed building for years. I have worked diligently building a church and last year decided to build my second home. I would hope that you could enjoy our home for Masters Week 2013 or 2014.
Why the Owner Chose Augusta:
We just built this home in early 2012. We had searched for years to find the house plan that would accommodation our large family. This design was perfect. It had enough class, but added that country lodge feel.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
This house sits on 1.5 acres of the estate section of Knob Hill Subdivision. It is located just outside the front gate and has very quiet neighbors. We have had multiple church group get together's at our home. The only limitation is parking; however, we are able to use the areas along the road since it is outside the neighborhood. It has that being in the mountains feel, yet you are only moments from Walmart, McDonald's, and other shopping and food establishments.
