My wife and I were very fortunate to be the very first guests to rent this beautiful condo. When we first entered the condo, we were immediately drawn into its warm and pleasing atmosphere. The entire condo was impeccable, from the gourmet kitchen with its stunning granite counter tops, to the living room with its new hardwood floors and leather furniture. Every room appeared to be professionally furnished and decorated, and the entire condo was spotless. The owner was also very responsive to any questions or requests that arose during our stay, and provided all the information well in advance of us needing it. The Pavillion Club was a very enjoyable area, with its wonderfully warm and clean pool, convenient parking, and its warm and friendly residents. The area surrounding the Pavillion Club had so much to offer within walking distance. We walked to Publix, LA Fitness, Mercato (high end shopping/dining experience), restaurants, and the beach. We also found that this condo was conveniently located to enjoy the rest of Naples, including secluded beaches, fantastic shore fishing, great restaurants, Naples fishing pier, dancing lessons, 5th Avenue experience, 3rd Street experience, and all the retail shopping stores you can imagine. Our stay was amazing. We simply fell in love with both this gorgeous condo and the great area that surrounds it, and would definitely return and rent this unit again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for the month of February 2013. We were so pleased we were able to rent this condo. It is beautiful, clean, updated, well-maintained and centrally located. The owner is very attentive and wants to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We loved being able to walk to the library, supermarkets (Whole Foods and Publix) , two movie theaters, hair dressers, LA Fitness center, many restaurants and Mercato. We were also able to ride our bikes everywhere - to the ocean and to the many beautiful near-by streets . We also enjoyed walking to Vanderbilt Beach each night to see the sunsets..... There is an Urgent Care facility that you can walk to should a need arise. The Pavilion Club community is warm and friendly and has a wonderfully heated (86 degree) pool. This is a GREAT condo ...............in a great area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Although a British Citizen, I have been living in upstate New York for a number of years and after renting at the Pavilion Club for 6 Winters in a row, the time was right to make a more permanent commitment. The location is perfect: close to the main highway, half way between Bonita Beach and Old Naples and walking distance to almost every amenity you could wish for.
Why the Owner Chose Pavilion Club:
The condo was totally remodeled and updated in December 2012 and looks spectacular! Most of the furniture is also new and the whole place has been tastefully decorated with more color than most Florida condos I've stayed in. It's very warm, inviting and has all the comforts of home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The best thing about the condo is its location: walking distance to everything including the beach but at a greatly discounted price from beachfront properties. The second best thing is the spacious layout and great decor including a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, hardwood floors and quality furnishings. All brand new and waiting to be enjoyed! I believe those testimonials speak for themselves and my intention is to keep my Pavilion Club condo in pristine condition.
