Winter Park & Fraser Valley at its finest! This newly constructed 1100 square foot condo has gorgeous views of the Continental Divide and area mountains. We are the first owners and have owned this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo since January 2013. Our home is warmly appointed with luxurious furniture and accessories. One of the reasons we bought this condo, and one of the reasons we think you will enjoy it, is because it does not have neighbors above or below nor does it share any walls with neighbors in the bedrooms, living and dining rooms. There is only a short section of shared wall in the kitchen.

Nice new unit with new furnishings and asscessories. All items new and very clean. Unit design is very efficient with plenty of room for 4 to 6. Unit is on 3rd level and has view out both sides. Has nice fireplace, 3 flat screens and good DVD collection.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was a great place to escape my work life and indulge in skiing, friends and food. Winter Park has some great places to visit as well as surrounding communities. The Condo is perfect for a family, group of friends to unwind and relax! The Furniture, Art, Beds all make the place feel warm and inviting after a long day of activity. Cant wait to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A skiier's paradise! (Although I'm sure its awesome in summer too!) The view is spectacular, the accommodations are outstanding! The photos are accurate but do not nearly do it justice. You open the front door to a new, beautifully furnished living room. The inviting leather couch and recliner face the warmth of the gas fireplace and breathtaking view of the mountains. Coffee and accent tables provide finishing touches to an elegant but practical room. The kitchen is fully furnished with any utensil you may need to prepare meals in the condo. The granite contertops and wood floor are an easy clean-up. We loved the beds. The luxurious linens and warm country comforter provides a wonderful nights rest. The mattresses are the best! There is generous space for clothes storage in the Colorado wood high-boy dressers. Bathrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Each has plentiful supply of towels. Love the shower curtain! The owners made every effort to make this practical and luxurious at the same time. If you're looking for the perfect getaway, this is it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
