Magnificent redwood home constructed with old growth redwood. Direct lake access with breathtaking views. Just steps away from three public docks. Massive stone fireplace built with stones from Agate Bay.
Decorated in a contemporary style. Two-bedrooms/one bathroom. Master bedroom with balcony has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle which can be opened and setup as a king bed. Full sleeper sofa in living room. Quality bed linens provided. Sleeps six.
There are 3 public docks directly accross the street from the duplex. You can sit, fish and swim from the public docks. If you own a boat, you can tie-up at a public dock for upto 48 hours.
Amenities include all new beds, linens, bedspreads and towels; parking for two cars (one covered/one uncovered); new sleeper sofa; brand new washer and dryer; TV/VCR/CD player, cable; gas fireplace; fully equipped kitchen.
The large sports court in the backyard can be enjoyed by all. Setup for croquet and horseshoes. Adjacent deck provides viewing area of both the sports court and lake. Lighted at night.
Close to historic downtown Truckee, Lake Tahoe and several major ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Borreal, Sugar Bowl, Alpine Meadows and Northstar.
