This tastefully decorated and immaculately kept oceanfront home is located in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, NC. It has a warm casual interior that boasts a nautical theme. Every room in the house has an unobstructed water view of the ocean or the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Its 4 decks provide sitting areas to experience blissful calm and privacy as the sun and the predictably soothing sounds of the ocean melt away your stress.
Charming, bright, and airy Bottoms Up Beach House features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances consisting of a dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker plus an XL capacity washer/dryer. The open floor plan and vaulted LR lends itself to easy entertaining with its 50 in. flat screen TV, DVD, Bose Wave stereo system with iPod dock and gas fireplace (in season). The DR table seats 8 with room for 2 others at the adjacent kitchen peninsula. Glass doors open to a private, covered oceanfront deck furnished with new Adirondack balcony chairs and tables, cooling misters, an outdoor hot and cold shower, and stairs directly down to the beach. Also on the first floor there is a queen bedroom/office equipped with TV, printer, and complimentary wireless high-speed internet access (WiFi). A bathroom with a shower and hair dryer is located on this floor.
On the second floor the vaulted, serene master BR has a king bed, TV, and private balcony overlooking the ocean furnished with new Adirondack balcony chairs and table. This provides a private place for watching glorious sunrises with your morning coffee or enjoying the moon’s reflection on the dark sea with your favorite drink in hand. Two other bedrooms have a king or queen bed, decks, water views, and flat-screen TVs. A bathroom with tub, shower, and hair dryer is also on this floor.
Central heat and A/C, ceiling fans in the LR and above every bed, cable TV in the LR and each bedroom, a gas grill, a covered garage/entry, and a “keyless” door system by Schlage round out this fabulous beach haven.
Come and view the frolicking dolphins, seagulls, pelicans, or small fishing boats. Enjoy the smell of the salty ocean air. Watch the beautiful aquamarine surf wash up against the shore. Stroll along the beach collecting seashells and sea glass. Play in the surf, feel the soft sand between your toes, or laze away your days reading under a beach umbrella or perched in a comfortable deck chair. You’ll be sure to leave with memories that remain long after you’ve returned home.
