This home is flooded with natural light from windows on three and balconies on two sides. The building has 200 feet of private beach, a workout room, a heated indoor/outdoor pool, two heated whirlpool hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks, covered parking and much more.
Both the living room and master suite open on the 350 square foot balcony and the sweeping vistas beyond. The queen suite balcony overlooks the lagoon and Intracoastal Waterway. The living room comfortably seats six, as does the kitchen table. Of course, there are TVs, VCRs, and a stereo in the family room for your entertainment. All the appliances of a well kept home are here: refrigerator, oven, microwave, full-size washer and dryer, and dishwasher.
