There are balconies on two sides. The building has 200 feet of private beach, a workout room, a heated indoor/outdoor pool, two heated whirlpool hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks, covered parking and much more.
Both the living room and master suite open on the 350 square foot balcony and the sweeping vistas beyond. The queen suite balcony overlooks the lagoon and Intracoastal Waterway. The living room comfortably seats six, as does the kitchen table. Of course, there are TVs, VCRs, and a stereo in the family room for your entertainment. Just returned from a great week's vacation in this condo. It is a wonderful place! My wife and I loved it. Huge balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful Views (the photos do not do it justice). The condo was exactly as described on the website. It was very clean and everything worked! We had all the utensils and dishware we needed. Well decorated. So close to the Gulf you wonder if the waves will come in (no danger of that!). We slept with the master bedroom patio door opened to be lulled asleep by the waves. Was GREAT! Also the location is perfect for Gulf Shores. You can walk into town by either the beach or the road. Not far at all, but yet away from the hustle and bustle. We ate at DeSoto's, Mikee's and Bubba's. Fish was best at the first two. And you HAVE to try the sweet potato casserole at DeSoto's...I'd drive the 800 miles back just for that! Mark (the owner) was very helpful and easy to work with. We loved the place and the area so much we extended our vacation. Gulf Shores is great for swimming, walks, fishing, sightseeing, and there is tons to do in the area. You can be as busy or as laid back as you desire. You set the pace! Mine was Slooooow and Relaaaaaxing! I highly recommend this place! You won't be sorry.

We stayed here in October.The property was excellent.Just as described.We watched dolphins,stingrays,mullet,schools of fish, and even 1 shark from the balcony.The views are breath taking.We highly recommend this property.
