We stayed for about three and half weeks. Kept extending our time because we found our apartment charming, extremely convenient, and a fun place to be. The property manager was exceptionally helpful and competent and everyone we met at the Palms was super nice, helpful, and fun to be with. We would definitely return. There are only a few apartments so the place is very manageable and homey. A real home away from home. Not fancy but cozy and comfortable. An excellent choice. Well managed, very clean, and a good value. Close to everything, especially Atlantic Ave. One of our bests vacations!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Currently live in Oakville, Ontario. Own a winter home in Delray Beach, and own and rent over 30 units in Delray Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. The Palm’s is our favourite historical building.

We spent 25 years visiting parents in Delray Beach. We love it there, and want others to experience it also.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The Palms was the first building we purchased. It is a 100 year old building. Our children were involved in the renovation and restoration of the building and furnishing of this unit for rent. The Palms has unique character, and offers a warm inviting, intimate home away from home.
