Private Secluded Swimming Pool : The villa offers a large secluded pool with views over water to woodland. The deck area has been extended to offer ample sunbathing space and shade. Driving into Emerald Island is a visual delight . Water fountains, Dolphin fountains, superb landscape which was also appreciated by various wildlife, including Racoons Armadillos and even eagles. Charlottes Harbour doesn't disappoint it's huge! So immaculate throughout. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and didn't see one Cockroach the whole time. (Unlike other Florida villas we have stayed in.) Also with 5 spacious light & airy Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms your spoilt for choice. The games room is very well done. Loving the posters! The pool area was our favourite part of the holiday so relaxing with the best view on the Island, overlooking a lake with lots of trees & wildlife. Look out for the bright Red Bird which appears sometimes with a " show tune". Excellent location for Disney. If you enjoy the water parks and are planning to go more than 2/ 3 times an annual water pass for $100 approx is great value. Excellent for shopping . The Mall at Millenia has Macy's AND Bloomingdales ladies! Also there is the Florida Mall & various outlet centres . Great location for tons of restaurants. Our favourite was the Outback. There is one just around the corner & they also do a very good take away service. With lots to do and excellent accommodation we really didn't want to come home. Note to Belinda Thank you so much. Dealing with Belinda was a real pleasure and she handled the whole booking very efficiently. The house is located in a superb location and the community is very impressive and maintained to very high standards. The access to the major attractions is very easy and I doubt if you will find somewhere better. There is a pool, gym and a small Tiki bar which is very handy and saves driving out of the community if you do not want to drive. We only had one very small problem and the management company dealt with this immediately The property is very large and the pool,enjoys a good view of the lake at the bottom of the hill which has a few interesting inhabitants! The sun shines on the pool deck most of the day and there is plenty of loungers and chairs. Inside the building it is very impressive in scale and with full air conditioning this is ideal as a retreat from those long hot days wandering around the theme parks. There is plenty of space for all to have privacy if you need. Our only criticism is that some of the white goods in the kitchen are nearing the end of their useful life and the microwave handle was stuck together with glue and the hotplates on the cooker kept falling off which is not too good. However as we eat out most of the time this was not a problem especially as there are some really good restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic week in this beautifully kept, well laid-out and well-equipped holiday home and would love to have stayed longer. Having already paid for an alternative villa on Emerald Island but cancelling it on the basis of a friend's poor feedback, we were slightly concerned about what we would get second time around, but we needn't have worried. Belinda was easy to communicate with and gave us all the relevant information in time and was happy to help with any query. There are 5 lovely bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a fabulous pool with great views over the surrounding trees/lake. Some herons came to visit most mornings, and we enjoyed pottering around in the house when not racing around Disney/Universal, which are very close (we could hear the fireworks at 10pm at Disney each night although we couldn't see them). Take the short cut to Disney to avoid the worst traffic on the 192 (information provided by Concierge at Emerald Island). The home was a beautiful clean home very spacious , it was a family trip of 8, had a wonderful time at the pool. The entire location is wery well kept, all amenities are no more than 5 mins away. Disney was a 15min drive away. It was great to be able to come home and relax at the pool or in one of the large tubs after a long day at the parks. My husband loves Buffalo wild wings so being 5 mins away from that was a plus. Of course there was all kinds of restaurants and places to shop in case you want to just cook at home. Belinda was great at replying to my inquiry, then walking me through the process. It was very easy and stress free. She gave me as many details as possible and it made our stay even more comfortable. My family didn't need anything while we stayed at the villa there was enough linen and towels for everyone, dishes and even baby items like a walker and a high chair that came in handy for my 9 month old. There was even 3 strollers there available, that came in handy for out trips to Disney. Thank you Belinda for letting us borrow your beautiful home. We will definetely be doing this again we have decided that we will be staying for longer than just 7 days to be able to enjoy the home even more.Did you find this review helpful? we just came back from orlando and stayed in this villa! I would recommend this villa to everyone I know! The owner Belinda is very good owner, all communication was flawless and fast!! The location is great very close to all the theme parks and shops! So if you are planing to have a great holiday definatly should choose this location ! We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as advertised -- beautifully clean, spacious, fantastic secluded pool and decking with water views, incredible games room, well decorated and in a very safe location within 3 minute walk of the clubhouse, which was important to us with two small children. The resort was nice and quiet. And the drive was no more than 10 minutes to Disney. Perfect central location for all parks, golf clubs and shops. Belinda was wonderful to work with - incredibly efficient and prompt at replying to all emails and questions, Belinda provided us with lots of valuable information and nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend this home and have already booked my next vacation at this perfect villa. I did a lot of research of different homes and was nervous based on some of the experiences I read about. This home is the perfect vacation - you won't be disappointed and will want to return year after year!!!!! My husband and I would like to share the wonderful experience in which we had in choosing this vacation home. We have rented vacation homes for over 20yrs and have never had such an easy, welcoming, clean, laid back, private vacation 5 mins from Disney.. I am very fussy when it comes to renting a vacation home for my family. As soon as we entered this home it was so clean, and fully equipped with everything you would have at your own home. Even the quick response in finding the information on this home was so prompt!!! If you want to feel completely relaxed, stress free without a worry on your Florida Vacation, this wonderful , spacious, clean home is where you will find all of these things.
