The Honua Kai (HK) resort is located at the northern end of golden Ka'anapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the beautiful Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Stays 14 - 21 days will require a linen exchange service ($95.00 plus tax). Stays of 21 - 30 days will require an interim cleaning ($160.00plus tax).

The view from the condo and lanai is of the beautiful West Maui Mountains and gorgeous rainbows and partial ocean Views.

The sights from the resort are ever-changing - with sailboats, cruise ships, snorkelers, turtles, and sunbathers. Whales are plentiful in season.


TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.712% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of Jan 1, 2024 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures after 01/01/2024) regardless of when the property was booked.

Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Owners will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking any portion of the reserved dates, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less 30% cancellation Fee. If there were fees paid for payment processing, it will be deducted from the total***
