Ixtapa 4 Rent is a private, two bedroom, one bath condominium located in the Tesoro Ixtapa Resort, formerly the Costa Real Hotel, in Ixtapa, Mexico. Situated on the beautiful Playa Del Palmer beach, the Condo is available as a vacation rental by the week or month. Fully furnished and air conditioned, it offers all of the conveniences of a full service hotel with the comforts of a private apartment. This unit will comfortably sleep four adults.
The living room has a sofa with two matching arm chairs, 27 inch color TV with cable, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD, games and puzzles, and a lenders library. There is a balcony off this room with an ocean view. Also in this area is a dining room table, which seats four adults.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, four-burner electric stove top, toaster and toaster oven, refrigerator, blender, electric indoor/outdoor grill, electric coffee pot, washing machine, and lots of utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. The cupboards contain frequently used spices. You are welcome to any dry goods in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, reading lamps on both sides, a chest of drawers, radio/clock, 12 inch color TV with cable and lots of closet space with a built in safe. The other balcony with an ocean view is off this room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that, upon request, can be made into a king-size bed. This room also contains reading lamps, chest of drawers and lots of closet space.
The bathroom has a hair dryer and large, thick bath towels.

Condo at Tesoro Ixtapa Resort

We had a great vacation there. The condo itself was comfortable. However, the internet service was very unreliable and the resort mainly caters to people on the "all inclusive" plan. The restaurant would not provide "take out" and the food stand at the pool only served those on the "all inclusive" plan. That made it inconvenient to us with our little 4 year old who wanted what everyone else had.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
