Villa San Giusto is the quintessence of Italian classy countryside.
It is situated in the midst of vineyards, surrounded by olives, chestnuts and acacias trees.
This magnificent Villa, completely independent, stands impressively in the green hills of Bolano, close to Cinque Terre and the Italian Riviera.

As the owners are passionate antique collectors, the Villa's furniture is a well done combination of contemporary and antiques design.
Property description
The Villa is of detached quality recently renovated on a two floors building.
The entrance is surrounded by a lovely patio around 70 mq. where guests can enjoy their “al fresco” dinners while wiping a good glass of wine on the sofa and armchairs.
An extra table with chairs and a large separate BBQ area completing the property entrance.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 10 and in front of the entrance a double living room with Tv, Dvd, internet connection fire place and bathroom.
A standard size table pool can be used by those guests who would not miss the whiskey and cigars after dinner's atmosphere ...
The floor of the ground level is 135 mq. all cooked.
The walls of the bathroom are covered with original wallpaper dated back on 1800 hand-painted.
On the second floor, made all of oak parquet, there are 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite with showers and one single or double bedroom.
Outside description
The property and is vast park is well maintained by Andrea the precious housekeeper who lives in a separate house inside the property and looks after “Tito” the friendly donkey that live there.
A large swimming pool 14x6,5 with variable depths with trampoline, a vast gazebo and a parking place for 3 cars complete the Villa's offer.

We stayed in Villa San Giusto for one week with our 3 children (7,5 and 8 months) + my sister and brother in law. Alessia and Fabio who manage the property are wonderfully helpful and supplied us with some basic items which were very much needed when we arrived at 10pm.The villa has a shaded outdoor area which we used for almost every meal and this extended onto a large grassed area with a great pool. My boys had a ball in this area and we could either see them or hear them from our outdoor table. The villa has everything you need, fridge/freezer, washing machine, fabulous outdoor patio was a favourite coming back from day trip. We had a wonderful week, Pisa airport is 55 minutes we hired a car for the week. Thank you Alessia, we had a fantastic holiday !Recommended for: Families with young children.
