  San Benedetto Dell Tronto is one hour drive away from Ancona airport with a wonderful scenery during your journey. Well maintained and clean apartment when we arrived is always a good sign. Two bikes provided if you wish to explore the city. Salvati the owner was welcoming, informative and accommodating. Two minutes walk away you will find the best coffee in town, fish monger around the corner, ice cream parlour, pizza places such as Angels. Apartment itself is on the fourth floor (there is a lift in the building) and located in a quiet area so you will have a god night sleep in the evening guaranteed. People in the shops and café's get to know you just after few days and they are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice local café in the marina overlooking some very interested boats and yachts.Have espresso and croisant with creme patisserie early in the morning. Ascoli Piceno town near buy with amazing history and architecture is a must visit as well as Acquasanta terme and Castelluccio for its beautiful flower display. During our two weeks of stay weather was perfect so we spend a time on the beach near buy which is children friendly with a lots of shallow water. If you want to jogg in the morning views are just perfect but do go early to enjoy the scenery and to avoid the heat of the day. Would I change anything probably size of the fridge because you may need a bit more space but to be honest this is described as a mini refrigerator in the description of the property. This is a great apartment with all modern amenities highly recommended. Would I go again? Definitely yes.

  Were in vacation 2 weeks in the beginning of may 2012, a wonderful city, wonderful apartments, shops are near, good people, tasty food, 8 minutes to the send beach. Denis. Russia. Moscow.

  Our stay at the apartment was delightful. The apartment was well located for sight seeing, strolling the plaza and accessing the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The photos of the property accurately reflect the facilities. We especially enjoyed the views from the bedroom of the gardens and churches in the area. The kitchen was functional and well equipped. We cooked in most every night as well as having breakfast in the morning. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

  “A perfect stay! Our family of five had a great stay in the middle of July 2011. We were two adults with three youngsters of 13, 15 and 17 years old. We were arriving from Oslo to Pescara with Ryanair. A short train trip took us to San Benedetto del Tronto. We all had a great time! This it is a very nice appartment in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto town. The standard of the appartment and the building building itself is of top class held in a scandinavian style, supurb equipped and very clean. The reception and hospitality from our hosts was splendid and outmost friendly and helpful! The appartment has the perfect location for anything you want to do in the town. Short way to beach, restaurants, internet-cafe, pzza-take-away, bakeries, stores and the famous and very nice pedestrian street where everone stroll untill beyond midnight, including small children! Our youngsters loved the shopping possiblilities! In the daytime, we stayed at the beach. Most of them are private and you pay 10 euro per bed and parasol. We recommend to buy your own parasol for 10 euro and use the free beaches, if you stay for a while. Take the bus no. 1 from the railway station (of cource not far from the appartment either!) to the beaches along the road to Porto d'Ascoli. It cost 1 euro, if you buy it in the the newspaper stand by the the railway station. Then you have a lot of beaches to choose from. You may also use bikes.In the evenings we also visited the many mountain towns surrounding San Benedetto de Tronto for sightseeing and dining. And we had a grand tour in the Marche forrest and mountains. Remember to bring with you an English (or other language)-Italian word-book, few speaks English. It was a great holiday above our expectations! Hereby recommended!!”

  The appartment is located very near to the pedestrian area of San Benedetto del Tronto. The street is not drivable with the car, but there are possibilities to get a place to park. Near to the appartment you have to pay for it, but a few minutes to go you can get a free parking in the residential area. The beach, many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other stores a very near to the appartment. Often there is a market in the pedestrian zone where you can buy a lot of fresh and typical italian things (food and non-food). The equipment and furnish of the appartment is appropriate, sufficient and quite new. The description is correct.The rooms are large. All in all you can be very comfortable in this appartment and have a good time. The surrounding area invites you to do excursions, for example Ascoli Piceno. We stayed in the appartemnt in april with a little child when the beach was not yet opened. But there are nevertheless a lot of activities you can do. The support before and during the stay is really worth to be mentioned. All your questions are answered very fast and if there is a problem the representative at San Benedetto del Tronto is available and tries to solve it. We really enjoyed the stay at this appartment in San Benedetto del Tronto!

  My wife, our two kids and me, stayed one week in this appartment, it is very nice, clean, modern and very big, well equioped, and has a lovely view over the town. It is located in the middle of the city center in a very quiet area. We did go there to visit family for a wedding, so even if it was of season, we really enjoyed our time there, with trips around the region, wich we find amazing. We are now planing to come back in september and we will defenetly rent this appartment again, really good value for the money. There is an elevator wich is great if you have small kids.

  Our fammily of 2 adults and 2 children spend a week in beautiful San Bendetto del Tronto and it was just great, wonderful town, and very nice beach, perfect for kids. The Marche Region is an amazing experince with loads of nice locations to visit, cities, nature and history,... you will never get borred, especially our visit in Ascoli de Piceno ( little Rome) was great, we rented a car wich was cheap and gave us many hours of pleasure exploring the area. Great food, great wine and great people;-)) The apparment was so nice and worked perfect for us, we loved the town views from the small balconys, The appartment it is situated in the middle of the center of beautiful San Benedetto very close to everything and only few minuttes walking distance to the beach. But very quite and ambiente. The owner and his wife is very friendly and helpfull in any case, the speak, english, Italian, french, danish, spanish so no problem with language. By recomendation of the owner we visited his hometown Aquasanta Terme for a free swim in the sulfor springs wich was a wonderfull experience. We where very supprised how inexpensive food an restaurants are in Italy.
