The Keauhou Akahi Resort is beautifully landscaped and located along the eighth fairway of the Kona Golf Course and Country Club. The Resort is located south of Kailua-Kona in Keauhou at the south end of Alii highway, less than 1000 feet from the Country Club entrance. Our unit faces the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean and looks out over the lush green golf course and gardens to the beautiful Keauhou Bay. The trade winds come to us from the sea during the day followed by the soft breezes from the mountains at night. Nature has shared its own air conditioning with us.
The Condo Is A Premium Unit where the ocean views are spectacular and available from almost every room in the condo. Slip over for a morning round of golf at the Country Club or sip coffee from the privacy of your lanai, the Keauhou Akahi provides the perfect setting for the relaxation and enjoyment of your Hawaiian vacation. The pool can be seen from your lanai so you can plan that private dip when the moment strikes you.
The one bedroom two bath fully furnished unit sleeps up to four guests with the use of the queen size sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with DVD player, and an adjoining bathroom. The unit has a full size washer and dryer and all towels and linens are provided.
The condo is fully tiled and accented with tropical style area rugs and decorated with framed artwork by local Hawaiian artists. There is a dining area for sit-down meals and HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, cook-top range with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances, cooking and baking pans and utensils, dishes and crystal wine and bar glasses. The lanai boasts a spectacular view, a chaise lounge for tanning, barbeque for broiling fresh fish from the Kona markets and Tropitone patio furniture for dining and sharing that bottle of wine as you watch the sun go down.
In the evenings enjoy the full entertainment center with 36” Television with cable, DVD player with surround sound, CD player, and AM-FM stereo.
Your "Touch of Paradise" is a block from Keauhou Bay that offers fishing charters, ocean snorkeling and scuba adventures and kayak rentals, and is minutes from Kahaluu Beach, where you can swim with the sea turtles and enjoy some of the best snorkeling on the island. The Keauhou Shopping Center is a block north and offers a full-service grocery, Longs Drugstore, restaurants, post office, six-screen movie theater, Hawaiian art gallery, and more.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
This unit is a one-bedroom, 2 BATH Unit that sleeps two very comfortably. The maximum occupancy is four (4) guests (using queen-size hide-a-bed). The number of people occupying the unit must be disclosed at time of rental.
DEPOSITS:
Half of reservation amount is due within ten days of confirmed booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for Low season, 60 days prior for High Season. Directions and Key instructions will be sent 15 days prior to booking once full payment is received. $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. IN US FUNDS!
**KEYS: If keys are lost there is a $25 Replacement Key Fee for Each Key.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less 20% booking fee. Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to re-booking.
*Cancellation within thirty days and no shows will be charged in full unless re-booked. All cancellations are charged a 20% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing. (Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.)
Deposits are not refunded during special holidays, If full payment has been made - NO REFUND. (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July or during: Ironman Triathlon Week and the Kona Billfish Tournament.)
