The house was built in fall of 2012 and I purchased it in Dec. 2012. It is new construction, decorated and inspected, some of the furniture still has the labels on. The location is one of its major advantages. It is a straight drive of only 1.95 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. It takes me about 3 minutes on a regular day. Shopping, restaurants, cinema and other entertainment is close by. The house has 3 bed rooms (3 queen beds - sleeps 6) and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all utencils, plates, and cookware. The open layout lets you oversee the dining area as well as the living room from the kitchen. In the living room you can enjoy watching TV while relaxing on a beautiful leather sofa set. A steam washer and dryer set is on site in a laundry room. A nice sized gas grill and patio furniture are in a fenced-in back yard.
Maid service is included.
Car service available - pick up from airport, drive to and from golf course, restaurants, shopping. No waiting and looking for parking no rental car fees.

We stayed for two nights during the practice rounds of the Masters tournament. The home was perfect for my group of 3-4 people. The home was clean and newer, the linens were nice and clean, and the owner was extremely helpful. He even stocked it for us for basic necessities. It's also a great location to all the places you want to be during the Masters. We would definitely stay here again and, if we're lucky enough to have the opportunity to come back next year, we certainly will!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
