Additional information about rental rates
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur no fee. All cancellations made within 30-59 days of arrival will be charged a $300.00 cancellation fee.
There will be neither refunds nor rebates for any type of tropical storms or evacuations.
Please make payment in the form of travelers checks, cashiers check or personal checks payable to name of owner. Advance rental payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The remaining balance of rent, damage deposit plus $100 cleaning fee will be due 10 days prior to your arrival date.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Hotel/Occupany tax rate is 15%. No tax on stays over 30 days.
Damage deposit ($300) is returned within 2 weeks after checkout if nothing is harmed,broken, or missing.
Before paying contact the owner to confirm payment details.
Call the owner directly to confirm reservation details and pay with an approved method (credit card, check, or bank transfer), to protect your payment up to $1,000.
