Our air-conditioned home `Magical Memories' is in the perfect location for your Florida vacation, situated on the Indian Creek development, one of the closest to Disney World (which is approximately 4 miles away) and all the major attractions. Book with us and we will reveal the quick way into and out of Disney, avoiding the main highways!
With over 2100 square feet of accommodation and a larger than average south facing, privacy fenced 32' pool with spa (jacuzzi) and extended sunbathing deck with gas barbecue, we also offer space and luxury during your stay.
In addition to the pool table, the Games Room also features a soccer table and dartboard and magnetic darts for children. A Tennis court, Basketball court and Playing Field are also a short walk away on the Indian Creek estate.
Two beautifully furnished Master suites (one King, one Queen) with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area provide a relaxing base for your vacation, a further double bedroom (Queen bed) with own bathroom and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom complete the spacious sleeping accommodation. ALL bedrooms have cable TV and telephones Bedrooms also have DVD players. There are a selection of movies for our guests.
The light and airy Great Room has a beautiful cool tiled floor and measures approximately 32'x15' and offers a formal dining table with six chairs and a lounge area with a leather three seater and two leather two seater sofas. An entertainment centre houses a large flat screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and an iPod docking station for your enjoyment. The open plan kitchen and nook offers every modern convenience for eating in and a gas barbecue caters for al fresco dining by the pool (Gas bottles included).
For our younger guests, we provide a FREE portable cot, high chair and stroller (pushchair). Games, DVD's and books are also provided for guests use.

We stayed at this home for a week in Orlando. We could not have been more comfortable. The home was spacious, clean and very convenient to Disney parks. There were lots of restaurants around within a very close distance that did not require a trip into Orlando. We had a couple of lights that did not work and the maintenance man was very prompt and friendly. The home is well kept and provided lots of space for a large family - allowed teenagers to have their own rooms! Owners were very prompt and responsive to our questions ahead of our booking. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Christina and Tim!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Even before we started our holiday here we knew it would be a good one. Communication with owners was pleasant and information excellent. Upon arrival the process of getting keys etc was as described. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed and more. Enough space for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, clean and heated pool and nice game room. Location was great; it took us at most 20 minutes to get to the theme parks, depending on which one you go to. ( sea world is furthest away) In the area there are plenty of restaurants and take out places and a big supermarket as well. In short, we had a fantastic stay ! David & ArdaRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just spent 9 nights in this exceptional home. We had 11 family members ranging from 2 to 73. The description and pictures of the house that were posted on the internet were identical to what we found upon arrival. This was our first visit to Orlando and the information we received prior to our arrival was very helpful. The pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the game room for the kids. The proximity to all the parks couldn't have been better. It was a huge plus to be able to come back to the house in the afternoon for lunch, a swim, a much needed nap for the little one and then return to the park in the evening. Grocery Stores and everything you needed was within 10 minute drive from the house. We would recommend this property to anyone who has a big group/family and want to be in one house!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We are all still on "Cloud 9 " after such a fantastic holiday!The villa was absolutely beautiful in every way and just made the holiday perfect.We so didn't want to leave and I became emotional doing so. About the owner: We are the Vernon family and we live in England. This photo is of Tim, youngest daughter Sophie and Christina (taken at Discovery Cove) We also have another daughter Carrie who is married to Ian (with son Luke and daughter Mia Grace) and we have a son Matt, who has spent 2 years coaching soccer in New Jersey but is now back coaching in England. We live right in the centre of England about 60 miles north of London. Our ambition is to eventually spend the winter months in Florida! We hope our guests enjoy our home as much as we do. We take a lot of pride in it and are always improving it when we can. Please feel free to contact us, we are happy to answer any questions and love getting to know our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Creek:
We came on holiday to Florida 3 times before we eventually bought our home. We really hate to leave it when we come over to stay. We bought it because we love the weather (of course!), the people, the attractions. Although we have been so many times now, we still find something new to see and do. The location was one of our main reasons for buying this home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Obviously, we get free accommodation when we come here which is great. The great thing, though, is the location - it really is so close to everything you want, attractions, shops, restaurants, golf etc etc. The best thing is the weather, we have been here in virtually every month of the year now and there are always sunny days at some time during our stay.
