Even before we started our holiday here we knew it would be a good one. Communication with owners was pleasant and information excellent. Upon arrival the process of getting keys etc was as described. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed and more. Enough space for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, clean and heated pool and nice game room. Location was great; it took us at most 20 minutes to get to the theme parks, depending on which one you go to. ( sea world is furthest away) In the area there are plenty of restaurants and take out places and a big supermarket as well. In short, we had a fantastic stay ! David & Arda

We just spent 9 nights in this exceptional home. We had 11 family members ranging from 2 to 73. The description and pictures of the house that were posted on the internet were identical to what we found upon arrival. This was our first visit to Orlando and the information we received prior to our arrival was very helpful. The pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the game room for the kids. The proximity to all the parks couldn't have been better. It was a huge plus to be able to come back to the house in the afternoon for lunch, a swim, a much needed nap for the little one and then return to the park in the evening. Grocery Stores and everything you needed was within 10 minute drive from the house. We would recommend this property to anyone who has a big group/family and want to be in one house!

The holiday was wonderful, made complete by the wonderful stay in your lovely villa. The children adored it - especially the swimming pool. It was the ideal place to stay as it was so near to all the parks and entertainment, we will definitely be staying with you again.

We are all still on "Cloud 9 " after such a fantastic holiday!The villa was absolutely beautiful in every way and just made the holiday perfect.We so didn't want to leave and I became emotional doing so. We was even talking about starting a Florida fund to return ASAP 2 days into it.Carl and I have already decided where we will retire haha, soooo want to go back,it's a wonderful place country, people everything and all people said about returning home and not being able to describe all the magic is well and truly true!!Thank-you once again for your villa. We had a fantastic time. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could wish for. We all enjoyed the BBQ, the extra large pool, jacuzzi and games room. Superb location for the parks. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Your house was wonderful. Our children and grandchildren always looked forward to returning to their Florida house at the end of the day! We swam, barbecued, watched Disney movies and played pool. It was nicely decorated and clean. I don't know why anyone would stay in a hotel. I hope your weather has improved. Gail and Barry
