The 950 Sq foot cottage is located in the ocean block (24 Delaware Avenue) in the center of Rehoboth. It is about five-hundred feet to the boardwalk and the beach, and has garage parking for two medium-sized cars in tandem. It's just around the corner from fabulous restaurants, shops, and night life. We are close enough for children to walk to the boardwalk or beach with no roads to cross.
You can park your car in the garage and never use it during your stay. Walk around town or to the beach, or relax on the deck. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other has two twin-beds, as well as, a sofa-bed, and a roll-away bed. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms have a great room effect.
The cottage has nine-hundred and fifty square feet. It has central heat/air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and is the best ocean block two bedroom value in Rehoboth. Take advantage of the activities nearby, such as, Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, and shelling.

Most weeks are Saturday to Saturday. A few rentals periods are five or
six days. Rent is pro rated for the 5/6 day rentals.
Prices quoted include taxes and cleaning fees.

The WEB page gives an accurate portrayal of this very convenient cottage. You can walk everywhere and the cottage has a nice picnic area and full use of a garage for bikes, strollers, beach equipment. The outdoor shower is new and spacious. Property is well maintained. We have stayed here for the past five years, and plan to return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

I stayed in this cottage in the summers of 2009 and 2010. This is a well-maintained cottage in an excellent location less than a block away from the beach and boardwalk. It has a very nice picnic area and screened in porch to enjoy the great summer weather.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
