Marina Cabo Plaza is situated on the marina in the heart of Cabo San Lucas along the boardwalk (Malecon). Four privately owned 2nd and 4th story condo suites, three with waterfront marina views and one with a street side view, offer an extremely affordable, private, secure, no hassle experience unmatched by any other facility in Cabo San Lucas proper. You will find all four suites to have a very comfortable and inviting/open layout. They are well maintained and are constantly being upgraded(see photos below). Downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach are within a 5 minute walk along the Malecon and the Puerto Paraiso Mall is located about 200 meters away.

The 2nd and 4th story story marina-view suites average about 450 square feet(50 sq. meters)and have been popular among the casual weekly vacationers. Situated on the harbor side of the Marina Cabo Plaza complex, these suite's ideal panoramic perspective of the harbor, downtown and the Puerto Paraiso Mall, boasts some of the best private views in Cabo San Lucas. These suites feature full baths, private patios, queen size beds, futon/trundle sleepers, fully equipped kitchenettes, dining table, commercial air conditioning units, ceiling fans,free WIFI, cable t.v., 12' high ceiling, etc. Access to two suites are through the complex's main lobby by way of stairs or elevator and the other through a private secured entry.

The street-side suite is about 350 square feet (39 sq. meters) and has historically been a favorable suite among active vacationers and long term renters. Though there are extremely strained and filtered visual hints of the Pacific Ocean to the Southwest, the view from this unit's patio basically looks onto the rear entrance of the new Hacienda complex. Though smaller than it's counterparts, this suite features the same amenities as our marina view suite minus the sleeper/trundle. Access to this unit is by way of a private exterior stairway separate from the internal lobby.

If you like the idea of being centrally located while having the option to retreat to a private, secure, no hassle environment any one of these four studio suites are absolutely perfect. As we are the owners we don't have hidden costs, extras, or additional overhead items you would typical find through resort,timeshare or agent bookings.

  • I loved the condo; it was comfortable, clean, safe and most important - the PERFECT LOCATION! I was able to walk everywhere, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. I'm hoping to return to Cabo very soon and will stay here again!!

Everything was really great for the whole 2 weeks we were there. The RedRum crew were so nice and helpful, we caught 3 Marlin (released of course) 1 dorado and 8 yellowtail.   • MIKE IS THE REAL DEAL. HE IS ON IT. WE LOVE THE MARINA CABO PLAZA FOR IT'S CENTRAL LOCATION AND FUN ROOMS. I LIKE THE ROOMS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT LOST THEIR MEXICAN FLAVOR WITH THE TILES AND COLORS. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. ALL OF MIKE'S RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SPOT ON. WE TRIED MOST OF THEM! CABO HAS HAD MANY CHANGES SOME GOOD SOME NOT. IT'S A BIT LOUDER THAN IT WAS THE LAST TIME WE WERE THERE BUT APART FROM THAT IT HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

  • Stayed at the marina view condo the weekend b/f thanksgiving. Mike was very helpful. The condo was clean and a/c worked well. The nice tv was great for the evening while watching the days marlin fishing videos. Best location in Cabo for the fisherman. Caught 28 marlin in 3 days with redrum (located downstairs).

  • Hola! Mike's place was awesome! We booked very last minute and Mike was so accomodating, he even offered another studio to us after we checked in that was canceled and we took it and loved it! The check-in was wonderful! We loved Luis, he was so helpful and friendly. The studio was very clean and modern, nice flat screen TV. Very nice modern bathroom. The kitchenette was very helpful for keeping our cervaza's nice and cold and then to sit on the huge balcony, aww., wish we were there now. We have done quite alot of traveling and Mike was the most helpful with Cabo tips, what a great guy! Staying on the Marina was wonderful. Every morning we could watch the fishing boats leave and in the afternoon when they come back in, with all their Seagull fans trailing right behind them was so funny to watch. The seagull's knew what boats they would be getting left over fish from. I would recommend Mike's place! Go stay and enjoy Cabo at a slow pace. You can always go in town for the action. This condo was very pretty to stay in. Cheers to Mike! Adios!

  • I loved it! Spacious rooms, clean and quiet, with nice kitchenette! Right on top of the sportfishing action, I couldn't have been more pleased. I felt safe and never worried about my personal affects. Nice in room safe and security was ever present in the lobby. It is my new home in Cabo!

  • Best Vacation Ever!!! We stayed in the Marina View unit...it was most excellent!!!! The condo was centrally located, and my girlfriend and I absolutely loved being able to walk to everything!!!! We'll be back for sure - and Rod and Mike were awesome!!!!

  • Mike was great! all his recommendations were awesome. The condo was comfortable, clean and in a great location. We had a great time in Cabo. We had great food and a lot of fun. The fishing was a once in a lifetime experience. We caught two large Marlin and best of all is that we were able to release them back. We had the privilege to see whales, dolphins and seals. Red Rum, the boat charter was great. We will definately be coming back and we are hoping to stay at Mike's place again.
