About the owner: We are both from Saskatchewan, Canada. As small town, family oriented people we realize the importance of clean, comfortable, affordable accommodations.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Buena Vista:
We originally choose this unit as a rental-business property. However after spending a week there shortly after the purchase to get it totally equipped for tennants; we absolutely fell in love with the place. It surpassed all of our initial expectations. We have come back every winter since then for our winter vacation - escaping the Western Canada snow. Since our initial purchase several other family members and freinds have also purchased units here - that speaks for itself.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This complex is family freindly. It is situated on the only natural lake in Orlando, which simply puts it above any other comparable unit. It is situated directly accross the highway from Disney World. In the evening you can sit on the front balcony and watch the Disney World fireworks. After a long day at the theme parks or other attractions, you and your family can relax in the spacious hot tob or heated pools.
