Beautifully designed French villa styled family home settled upon a private 8 acre, 100 year old organic chardonnay vineyard. Panoramic views of the Green Valley appellation in Sonoma wine country known for pinots, sparkling wine, and chardonnay's. About one hour north of San Francisco, getting here is easy. Estate rests along the largest bike trail in west county, and one can easily walk or bike to numerous wineries within easy radius.
Amongst the gorgeous views, the main home features a natural salt water pool heated by solar panels, olive trees, organic vegetable gardens and a fruit orchard. We have 2 children's rooms, a den with Wii, gorgous kitchen with La Cornue range and oven and wood burning fireplace inside and out. Great home for entertaining, and relaxing. Very family, children, and guest friendly.
Master bedroom has private soaking tub, hot sauna, and double shower for two.
Our property was designed by private architect who specialized in a green building product seldom used in residential (high end commercial or hotel design, most specified) and boasts a large sustainable solar installation.
Walking distance to world reknown wineries, and fabulous restaurants, art galleries, etc.
Summer will bring fresh fruit in the orchard, blueberries and berries near the pond, and fresh vegetables from our garden and eggs from the free range chickens.
