Unit 307 Navarre Towers is our spacious end unit and we think of it as "A Little Slice of Heaven"! We are located on the third floor and enjoy spectacular Gulf views, 2 Master Suites and 2 Balconies! UNIT 307 HAS A GREAT FLOORPLAN FOR 2 FAMILIES!
A little slice of heaven describes beautiful Navarre Beach and our third floor end unit with its unique, spacious floorplan. We have recently painted and refurbished the condo for your enjoyment. Unit 307 is great for 2 families because we have 2 master suites and 2 balconies. It has spectacular views of pristine white sand and emerald blue water! When enjoying the panoramic views of unit 307 you feel as if you are on the beach whether inside or out! Perfect for those that do not want to be too high up and for those wanting a Gulf view that will take their breath away! Our pool is heated in the spring and fall and the tennis courts and exercise room are open year round and waiting for you. Remember our balcony is just waiting for you to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets or that first morning cup of coffee. You will not find better views, better space, or better pricing!

The first master suite has a king bed, private bath and dressing area with a private balcony to relax and enjoy the sunsets and the beauty of Navarre's beach. The decor is soft, tropical and romantic. The second master suite has a queen bed, private bath and seperate dressing area and opens onto the balcony enjoyed by those in the spacious living area. It's decor is tropical and romantic with Florida's palms surrounding you. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and a full bed so it's perfect for the kids! The nautical theme in the third bedroom makes it the perfect place for the kids to enjoy their beach activities. As a result of the dining areas mirrored walls, wet bar area, floor to ceiling glass doors throughout the unit the beautiful outdoors is brought inside. This end unit truly has views that you cannot find in other condos on the beach!
As a result of being on the 3rd floor you truly experience the beach in a unique way. We are beachy, casual, and comfortable in our decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are ample linens throughout the condo. Whether you plan to cook or eat out we're the right place for you. We have great restaurants on the island and many, many more just off the island. While here just focus on the beauty and relaxation of beach life.
Navarre is a very family oriented beach - a place to reach out and touch those we love and don't have enough time to enjoy in our busy lives today. To the West of Navarre Beach is the unspoiled National Seashore, and to our East is our new State Park area. Driving down Beach Front Road to Pensacola is wonderful (its temporarily closed due to Hurricane damage but we're hoping it will reopen soon)! Look to your right, and you see the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound. Look to your left, and enjoy the spectacular Gulf. Look to the right and enjoy the spectacular Gulf! It is a million dollar view and a one you will not soon forget!

Very nice. The Navarre Towers have been totally renovated since the hurricanes devastated this area - you can hardly tell that this place is not new. Its mid-May, 2010, and the beach is perfect (so is the weather). No oil or oil smell - its a LONG way from here - too bad people are staying away! The Towers are a ways from the "crowds" (if you can call it that) at the public beach next to the pier. Very quiet beach - great for finding shells and walking in the surf, yet still with a lifeguard. Good family place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
