Eight (8) lovely condominium Villas: Choose from 8 privately-owned and meticulously maintained two-level, open and spacious villas. We are located in 7 acres of lush and immaculately maintained tropical gardens, just a 600 yard stroll away from famous golden sand beaches, sunny Poipu boasts the best board and body surfing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and wading beaches that are the envy of Kauai.
We offer all of the comforts to ensure a perfect vacation experience. You can wake up to the sounds of tropical birds then lounge around the large swimming pool, and enjoy a game of tennis or table tennis in the resort's clubhouse common area.
With only 30 units - two Villas per building - you will marvel at the spaciousness and tranquility this resort presents. Even so, these excellently outfitted and totally private Villas are located close (about 600 yards) to award-winning beaches in Sunny Poipu and are easily within strolling distance of several fine hotels, golf courses, and excellent restaurants.
There are many beautiful hikes and walks from the Villas. All of the water activities that you would expect in a tropical beach area are readily available, many also within walking distance.
If golf is your game this is your destination. Kauai and Poipu have many fine golf courses and some are surprisingly affordable (imagine $8 per 9 holes!).

We absolutely enjoyed our first trip to Kauai and staying in your villa! It was everything we expected, and more. The suite was clean, well maintained, well equipped and just plain gorgeous! (The wine was a nice touch too.) We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities, both quantity and quality, as far as kitchenware, TVs, radios, recreational equipment and linens. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer and see more of the beautiful island. We are already planning on returning soon, only this time without the kids. The quiet location was appreciated as it allowed us to really relax and unwind immediately after arriving. We have already recommended your villas to family and friends comtemplating a trip to Kauai. Maybe in the future we can discuss with you the logistics of Canadians owning rental properties in Hawaii, as this trip has piqued our interest. We sincerely appreciated the accurate representation of your villa on the website, especially after being greatly disappointed in our accomodations in Maui. We have been to the Islands 5 or 6 times, our second trip to Kauai. Your condo was the best by far! Can't think of a thing you could add. We walked in and said "Wow"! We were in #14 from June 24 to July 3. It was like walking into my own home. The extra outdoor items were well used at the beach. I felt like I could cook whatever I wanted without restriction from not having the proper kitchen appliance. The unit was extremely clean and the whole area was just wonderful!

The key for unit #14 went in the mail to you to-day. Sorry I didn't get this key to you sooner....I think part of me didn't want to give up the link to Kauai. We had such a marvelous time there! It was one of our best vacations we have ever taken and we believe primarily that was because of the condo. We immediately felt at home and very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything. Thanks so much for sharing #14 with us. It's such a comfortable place and feels (I know you heard this) like home away from home. We loved the kitchen since we purchased at the farmers markets and cooked most of our meals..... When we left Kauai and got to Maui we were at first dissappointed! We wanted to turn around and get back to Kauai. The energy of the two islands is strikingly different. We ened up enjoying Maui, but our hearts were with Kauai. Where we stayed on Maui wasn't nearly as nice as #14. We were spoiled.....

We were drawn to #14 like magic - 6 times thus far - and booked again for 2004. You all know why. Its cozy, comfy, private & well stocked........
